Happy I ordered
Iโve had this for 1/2 a day and I really like it. We will see how it/the charger holds up as Iโve seen some people say it doesnโt last as long as it should. It was so easy to set up and had like 75% battery, then only took maybe 15 mins to fully charge. App is easy to navigate and frankly looks good. I did a small work out and itโs accurate with the steps so far. My mini stepper counts as well so I compared to that. All other vital signs seem to be in line with what my normal is too. Itโs comfortable, not heavy or thick. But still feels high quality, I was pleased pulling it out of the package. UPDATE: Itโs been over a week and I still like it. The battery wouldโve lasted just about 9 days, I charged it before it got to ~0%. Good enough for me. It charged quickly too, did some chores and it was done. I keep seeing reviews with the app being troublesome but I havenโt had any issues and I rather enjoy it. Thereโs a lot of information. I saw an update for it so maybe thatโs the issue??? The ring has been really comfortable, I did get the sizing kit and itโs worth waiting the extra day or two. I also see people complaining about the size when this company and other smart ring companies clearly state they donโt follow regular jewelry sizing. So truly size before you buy unless youโve owned one before. Stats are overall pretty accurate. I somewhat know what time I wake up randomly while sleeping and it does match with what the app says so I tend to believe the rest of it for sleep. Iโve counted off steps in my head and then looked at the app โ if I walked 50 steps it logged 50 steps. All of my workouts have been detected, time/calories/steps, all there. Update #2: Itโs been 3 months now 1/10/26 and I still love it. I even got my mom to trade her Fitbit for one and she loves it. Maybe I got lucky but I havenโt really noticed a difference in my battery levels, even with the ring tracking more and more things 24/7. The only thing I do is not let it get to 0% itโs not really great for any battery to my knowledge. Iโve done multiple updates for the ring and app, no issues. Iโve only enjoyed the new features. Tracking still works, workouts are still detected and everything. Also, I hardly take it off and itโs less scratched than I thought honestly, and Iโm not careful. Overall, still 5 stars, still happy I ordered, still loving it.

Great for the Price and Battery Life
I've been wearing my RingConn Gen 2 (basic $199 model) for three weeks, and I love it. You can't beat the price, no-monthly subscription, and long battery life (10 days has been accurate for me so far). I purchased the basic Gen 2 model to start because I frequently wash my hands and garden, so I wanted to ensure the ring could outlast me, and so far so good. I've worn an Apple watch for a decade, but I have trouble wearing it at night for sleep tracking, and I am tired of wearing a bulky item on my wrist. The RingConn is lightweight, I hardly notice it especially while sleeping so I can finally track my sleep. I purchased the Dune Gold, which I would consider similar to a rose gold, and it looks classy; not cheap-looking at all. I also purchased the RingConn ring sizing kit prior to making this purchase to ensure I purchased the right size. I definitely recommend taking this extra step so the ring fits just as you imagine. The sizing kit includes a booklet that mentions you should wear this ring on your non-dominant hand and recommends your index and middle finger, although I've heard it's less about what finger you use and more about consistently wearing it for proper data tracking. I've read some people have issues with the app. I find the app and data to be easy to access and helpful. I have it setup to communicate with my other health apps (like My Fitness Pal, Apple Health) so everything syncs together. The only weird issue I'm noticing is my activity steps on the RingConn app are typically 500-1,000 steps higher than what my other health apps are syncing. Not sure why this is happening, maybe a me thing, but it doesn't bother me. I should also mention I don't have the RingConn app running all the time in the background; I manually sync it throughout the day by simply opening the app. This difference might be why I'm getting such good battery life opposed to some other users. Overall if you're thinking about getting a fitness ring, and don't want to spend a lot of money to start, purchase this model.

positives outweigh the "negatives" - easily!
i think i'm ready to review this after a week and a half of wear! i'll start with the ring itself; i ordered a size 8 after comparing the measurement of my own size 7 index finger ring to measurements found online and trying on size 7 and 8 sizer rings at Best Buy (oura's). i determined 8 would be best because i get some ever-so-slight swelling depending on my temperature, the time of year, and even the time of month (am female). i think i could have gone with a 7, but i think the 8 is absolutely fine...just need to be careful when i wash my hands as not to let it slip down the kitchen sink drain or something (i remove it entirely). i feel like i am truly in between sizes but i like having the wiggle room. the ring itself is very luxe-looking, comfortable, and just the right 'thickness'--it's not dainty, but that also means it doesn't feel flimsy, and at the same time, it's not super bulky (some of the oura rings are just ridiculous). the inside of my ring is getting some light scratching which is surprising as i live a pretty 'gentle' life; i work from home (office), clean the house, play with the little one...nothing crazy. so i'm a bit disappointed about that, but thankfully they're on the inside of the ring. i guess my disappointment is more so with the fact they don't offer a brushed finish of these rings. i like the shine!!! but i like disguising wear, too. the app is wonderful; easy to use, full of features, and easy to read. it doesn't send you 1000 notifications during the day--something i was annoyed by wearing an Apple watch for six years and a huge reason why i switched over, along with getting tired of wearing the watch 24/7 to track everything, and the fact it was LITERALLY DENTING MY WRIST (iykyk). the things RingConn tracks are honestly so surprising. i came into this ring expecting some sleep tracking, maybe heart rate, and steps, i don't ask for much! the fact it is in the midst of learning so much about me just so it can predict my periods in the coming months is wonderful! i am not a purposeful-workout type girlie, so as far as tracking workouts, i can't speak much to that. but i will say it does track my steps, my activity, the duration of my standing, calories burned, all those things just fine. coupled with a food/calorie tracker and Apple Health, i have a pretty good idea of where i stand on all fronts! the RingConn app paints a really comprehensive picture of your health, gives you a lot of unique ratings that i hadn't considered before with my 7th gen Apple watch's limitations, including an overall 'Lifestyle Score' that sort of combines all of them into one. interesting stuff, even for someone who doesn't really care that much lol THE MAIN REASON I CHOSE THIS OVER OURA: no monthly subscription. it's not like it's a huge bill to pay, but having one more to the list is just...not necessary for me, not for health and wellness, not at this time. if you have a similar sentiment, save yourself the $6/mo. or whatever, plus a couple hundred dollars on the ring itself, and give this one a try! i think you'll be as pleasantly surprised as i am.

The gold is horrible, but the ring itself is awesome
I originally bought the Dune Gold, but am returning it because itโs not gold at all. Itโs a dark brown, like a very dark bronze. If youโre looking to match gold jewelry this wonโt work. Pictures look like a brushed gold, or warm gold. Nope, bronze, very dark bronze. So I ordered the silver. Silver looks like chrome, but itโs better than the dark brown. Iโll probably put a cover on it. But it gets four stars for working great. Itโs step counting is crazy accurate. Better than my Apple Watch. So is sleep and heart rate (both I can measure other ways to verify accuracy). The app is intuitive and easy to set-up and use. The ring itself is very lightweight. Sure, Iโd like it thinner, but Iโm realistic in knowing it needs space for sensors and the battery. Itโs comfortable. I got the sizing pieces first and size 7 fit on three fingers (one non-dom hand, two on my dominant hand)โฆ so size seven was ordered. Fits perfectly and feels like a comfort-fit band. It really does capture great metrics, and at $199 (and zero subscription price!) itโs a huge win for me. I wanted to disconnect a bit and have moved away from Apple Watches. Still have one for the times where it fits a need, but now I wear my regular watches and the ring. Iโll see how longevity holds up, but Iโm also hoping Apple produces a ring so Iโve got all my data connected and no extra apps. Overall itโs a fantastic smart ring, great price, no subscription, and informative/intuitive app.

Great Ring Excellent buy
Iโve had it 3 weeks now and I absolutely love it. It works perfectly the charge last for 10 days it monitors everything the more expensive ones does and just as well. I love the bronze color and Iโve had several people comment on it. To me it is well worth the money and Iโd buy it again. Iโve really enjoyed having it and wearing it.

Go read the reviews for the App itself! Don't make my mistake!
I chose this ring over its more expensive competitor solely because reviewers here claimed the app was intuitive, informative and user friendly. To say I was shocked to discover none of those things were true would be an understatement. Fact of the matter is the app is not user friendly in the slightest and what little settings it has for you to customize don't even work! For example, I unchecked 24-Hour Clock which should have defaulted all clock settings and time reading displays within the app to 12-Hour format, right? Well, it does not! Unchecked or not, the app knows no other alternative - it only knows, operates from and displays the time in 24-Hour format! I highly recommend taking a look at the reviews for this app in the iOS AppStore because it's what I didn't do but should've done prior to purchasing. I let the reviews here sway me when I should've gone to the source. And boy, are the App reviews telling. One of the reoccurring "cons" stated in reviews here about the competitor ring is that their app requires a monthly subscription fee to use. This "con" was very effective in making this ring look like the more appealing option - even more so because the competitor ring AND its ring sample kit are already priced higher than this ring, so naturally one would be paying a lot more for that ring not just upfront but longterm. This ring being the cheaper - the actual ring itself as well as its ring sizing kit - of the two with a subscription-free app to boot would no doubt seem like the better buy! Obviously I didn't buy the other ring so I can't tell you if that ring is what it claims to be or if its $5 monthly subscription fee is worth it, but what I can tell you is the free-of-charge $0 app for this ring is so awful you couldn't pay me to use it. So I guess I got what I paid for in that I paid nothing for the app and it gave me NOTHING in return. The app is the main component to this ring. Without a good app this ring is worthless. Now, let's get into the ring itself because before I even discovered how horrible the app was I had to unbox the ring, and in unboxing the ring I was pleasantly surprised by how nice it looked in the Dune colorway - the only good thing I have to say about this ring - and eagerly put it on just to discover it was too big! Did I mention I purchased the ring sizing kit? Sure it only cost a $1 to the competitor's $10 but still... what's the point of offering the sizing kit if the sizes don't actually align?! At that point I hadn't known what was to come with the app itself so I was planning on ordering another ring in the size down. Good thing I didn't because it ultimately wouldn't have mattered with the state of the app. I only make note of this to point out that even with the first impression being an ill fitted ring I was still excited and looking forward to getting the ring set up and running because truth be told I had been looking forward to the delivery of this ring all week! I'm genuinely so bummed that THIS ended up being my experience with it. If you're still reading, the lesson to be had here is choosing the cheaper option is not always the deal you think it is, and in this case it was very much a bad deal. That's not to say the more expensive competitor ring is the better deal because for all I know that ring's app could be just as mediocre but ultimately I don't know and honestly have no intention of finding out anytime soon. All I can say for sure is this ring's ring sizing kit is inaccurate and this ring's app is a whole joke so don't be fooled like I was. 1 obligatory yet deserving star for the dune color and nothing else. Update: I've now worn this ring across two different fingers for about a week's time each and both fingers spurred blisters beneath the ring. It should also be noted that my initial sizing issue hadn't been an issue of the ring being too small but rather too big, so I can't even write off the blistering to it being too small for my fingers because it's not. Additionally, Iโve also found the charge doesnโt last nearly as long as advertised. For example, after a full charge the app told me I had 9 days of battery life remaining. When I checked in on the app 4 days later following a workout I was surprised to find nothing from that session had been logged because the ring was deadโฆ 1 1/2 days dead, which I hadnโt realized as I hadnโt checked in on the app the day prior! Also strange, the step counter is crazy inconsistent and the calorie counter is just broken as it never really changes much. I tested in comparison to my iPhoneโs Apple Health data and itโs way off some. It will say I burned 400 calories with less than 200 steps and then if the steps reach 5k the calorie counter only grows by 10 or something. Make it make sense!

Itโs a good product as long as it lasts just one year
I owned the ring for just over a year. Pros: 1. The curved top and dot helps me to align its position easy 2. A bit better price than Oura Ring but no monthly membership fee. Itโs not about money, but the feeling of no obligation after purchase. 3. Tracked all things I need to know, encouraging me to keep track my health numbers and greatly help me to pay attention for sleeping and exercise. For that I truly appreciate. 4. For a whole year I had no major issues. Charged every 9-10 days was a great convenience. And itโs been done within my shower & makeup time. Never missed any day. 5. For couple times I lost it and with location sensor I was able to retrieve. So appreciated (hint, donโt go size up) Conns: 1. After almost exact one year of use, most recently it begins to hard to sync to app and hard to charge, needs to reset from charge base several times almost every other day, and the killer part is that itโs charging life dropped from 5 days to 3 days and now, less than 2 days! Like I fully charged it last night before sleep and when I woke up 8hrs later battery is 42% left. Itโs so devastating. 2. Still not prefer the app after their recent software update. Itโs not as straightforward as prior version. 3. For the concern of product life I may have to switch to OuraRing. I have numbers of friends using it at least none complains battery nor charging, even they normally last a week compare to 10 days as I began with.

If Youโre Hesitant, Just Do It! 100/10 Recommend
I actually really like this ring a lot. I was looking for something like the Oura ring, to track my sleep and oxygen levels and basal temperature among other things, but not with the price of Oura since this is the first time Iโm using a ring like this. I wasnโt sure if this is something I would like wearing or if I would prefer my watch because I was back-and-forth between getting a ring or upgrading to a new Apple Watch and this little ring does the trick PERFECTLY. It tracks everything I want and more! The app is so easy to use, itโs very customizable and had way more features than I expected and it links everything to my apple health which was huge for me. The battery lasts forever which is so nice and I finally let it get to 14% the other day and it charged to 100% in less than 3 hours. Itโll last a week or more easy. It fits pretty well, I do have small fingers so I went with the smallest size cause I knew itโd fit one of my fingers (my ring finger is a 5 so I went with 6) and it fits my index and middle finger perfect. You can even locate the ring if you lose it which is awesome cause sometimes I drop it at work when Iโve taken it off after putting on lotion. Itโs so cool. You can make the ring light up to see it better and the app tells you when youโre super close or further away. I havenโt had any issues with scratching it or any issues with it going in the water. I wash my hands with it, shower with it, totally fine. I am very impressed and extremely satisfied with my purchase. The biggest part that sold me on the ring was the fact that I didnโt have to pay for a monthly subscription like you do with oura which I think is a little bit crazy considering the price of those rings. But Iโm even trying to get my mom one of these ring rings because itโs just so much easier than a watch especially if you wear jewelry or you donโt like bulky things on your wrists, the ring is super convenient. I will say the only thing I wish they had was a few more colors, maybe like a rose gold would be so nice for women, especially, or even like a little ring cover to go on it so you can kind of customize it to make it your own. I just got the silver, but I forget that itโs even on my finger most of the time so itโs not like anything that really stands out or bothers me. I will say because of the sensors inside, it can fit snug if you go with your normal ring size so I would recommend getting the sizing kit, itโs like a dollar. I have child hands so I lucked out and knew itโd fit one of my fingers if it was too big for my ring finger. I also donโt wear rings much anyways so I just kinda winged it. The packaging was also amazing. It was like I was unboxing an iPhone, very good quality and very clean instructions. It took me a couple minutes to get the ring connected and set up. I canโt recommend it enough. I absolutely love it. Canโt say enough good things honestly. I donโt normally do reviews but this one deserved one for sure. I will say if Apple ever comes out with a ring like this though, I may have to switch lol but for price point, quality, features, thereโs not one bad thing Iโve found and Iโve had the ring almost a month now.

Essential!
Essential! Please don't skip this before buying your RingConn ring. I'm now on my 3rd RingConn - one of each generation - and have used the sizing kit each time before buying. I like the rings very much. But, as I've found RingConn's customer service to be lacking, I'd definitely recommend making sure you get the size right before you buy to avoid any heartache later.

Sleep Ring
I bought this for my bf and he loves it. It was a perfect fit. Easy to wear, it is light and comes with a little charger. We check his sleep patterns and it appears pretty accurate. The color of the ring is very nice as well. Not bulky. It is helpful that it is waterproof.

Donโt buy battery does not last and is not covered under warranty.
Donโt buy. I ordered one for both my husband and myself. We used both regularly with success however both of them lost their ability to retain their battery charge at the tenth month. Both of them only charge for one day now even though we have followed all suggestions to ensure phone is updated, cleared cache, updated app, unlinked and relinked. When charging we receive a message on our phones stating fully charged however within a day the charge has completely dropped and dies just after 24 hours. Their website states - battery replacement is not included in their standard warranty policy. Seems strange that both purchased at the same time have failed battery-wise. I therefore cannot recommend this product.

No monthly fee
I like this ring brand the most because it has a lot of data and has no monthly fee. The ring sizes are very different from normal ring sizes - for example: A size 4.5 ring was a 7 in these. The sleep data was impressive. It could tell when I was laying in bed and when I was sleeping. If you are wanting a smart ring this is a good choice.
