Q: Will it fit a iPad 3 with a otterbox ?

I have mine in a Survivor case and it fits tight. If the Otter box case is larger then the Survivor then I wouldn't advise it.

Q: What are inside dimensions? How long is the shoulder strap? Is the strap adjustable?

I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 inch and it fits perfectly. No room for anything else really inside the bag. The strap is adjustable and it can be adjusted in a way that should work for anyone unless maybe your 6'8".

Q: Would a 9.7" ipad pro fit into this case with the smart keyboard case?

I don't think so. Mine is fairly snug with just the I pad in a lifelock case. No keyboard.

Hello friend, I am not sure about that. For I never had anything that is related to the I-Pad or anything else of Apple. I do know that it will fit the Samsung Tab 4, for it has a 10.1 inch screen size. I hope this information helps you though. Good luck in you shopping and searching.
