My 8 year old daughter wanted to be a black cat for Halloween, and this collar was the perfect accessory to add to her costume. It’s so cute, adjustable to fit an adult or child, and good quality. It was the detail that made her stand out from the other black cat costumes. The seller even included extra goodies (a cute hair tie and sticker).

It came with an adorable bonus sticker and was in a super cute box. I have somewhat of a larger neck but it fit very comfortably and still looked good. No funky smell or anything like that.

This collar states it goes up to 17 inches. My neck is 14 inches on the nose so I have room. Even though you may or may not be plus size which I am. I wear a size 16 in pants. You really just need to know your neck measurements. I just took a measuring tape and wrapped it around my neck. Once you do that you wont have to worry about it fitting your neck cause you're plus size, you'll just know your own neck measurements.

I love it so much!! It’s so comfy and the little bow tie isn’t that annoying has I thought it will. The bow tie also make it not to girly. I love that heart it’s so cute and really work like a padlock! And thank for the extra bell I love it, I just don’t like the colour but I just paint it one day.
