it is a really good pocket book on the birds of Brazil. Has all the main birds by type and species and is easy to read, identify and with enough detail.A great help and a compulsory travelling companion.

Very basic, cheap and cheerful

I got this for my son-in-law to take with him on honeymoon with my daughter to Brazil. He loved it - took it everywhere and came back with quite a number of birds ticked off.

Smaller than expected, but useful nonetheless

Easy to carry in your rucksack or pocket. Concise and colourful booklet.

This is a very handy little guide that I used in the northeast of Brazil. It helped me roughly identify the bird before narrowing it down using "Birds of Brazil" by van Pedro.

Ideal quick reference guide for travel, I do not like to carry books for obvious reasons, this has enough for me & on return I can then refer to books.I don't know if these are done for other countries but it is a great idea, perhaps not enough information for the real twitcher.

Nice convenient little pocket guide. The serious twitcher would need a more comprehensive bird guide, but this is ideal for the beginner or amateur. Finding a guide to the birds of Brazil that is both cheap and comprehensive is not easy though.
