This is a great little lighter. Heavy, well built and 4 flames. It will definitely light a cigar.The first one I bought had a slow fluid leak. I realize things like this can happen, so I contacted the seller who sent me a new one right away, no questions asked. A+ seller who stands behind their product.

Love the lighter when it works. Nice solid, consistent torch. I have bought two, and both have broken within 2 weeks. The first I dropped (my bad) - the top piece separated (loosened) from the bottom. I liked the lighter, so I ordered a second to replace it. I didn’t drop the second one and it still did the same thing. The top piece with the burners loosened from the bottom. And now when I try to light it flames shoot out in all directions. Not durable AT ALL. Also the punch is rather dull and ends up splitting most cigars as you try to force it in. I would not recommend this lighter to anyone. Will not buy a 3rd...

Solid in construction and the red flame is a nice touch (it's very vibrant when it gets going) you unfortunately don't really see anymore with jet lighters. The butane fill viewing window is useful to see when your getting close to empty. It's easy to fill and the punch is sturdy enough to get through some tough caps with a little work.It is however with 4 jets a little heavy on the fuel usage. I'd like to see a one jet red flame lighter for longer lasting use and maybe a green jet with a copper filament.

This lighter gives me a feeling that it will last forever, it's solid and feels substantial in the hand, it worked consistently well over the past weeks. The 4-flame is really super powerful as advertised, it can light just about anything in a matter of seconds. I use it both as a cigar lighter and a pipe lighter, it does a good job for both. The lighter is also very well packaged, in a sturdy and beautiful gift box, so it's quite a good gift idea. I'm thinking order a couple more around Christmas.

The look of the lighter is nice with a nice price. Unfortunately, when I received the product it was defective. I understand that this can happen. When I contacted the seller in regards to the issue, they quickly responded to me apologizing for the defective product and sending me a replacement. The process to get me a working one was minimal effort on my part. Nice! Now I have my lighter and works great. Knowing that they have great service will entice me to look into buying more products from them.

It does have a solid feel. However, the quad jets all fire on their own, not into one central flame. So lighting a cigar is a challenge. The red flame does help, but it is very high and cannot be adjusted. The red flame stopped working after a month btw. So, I have four flames each going their own way. Once the red flame kicks in, it does help light the cigar properly, but it seems that the quad flame is overkill, you could get the same lighting from a duo flame IMHO. The top gets very hot after use causing burns. Also the flames do not shut off immediately after releasing the button. This is a fire hazard.
