I love that these are foam and not inflatable. The size is perfect for what I need. The are slightly soft for my taste, they dent if I put weight on them which causes extra flex in my wrist. It's a preference thing. They work great for floor alignment exercises and I also use one while sitting for work. Wedge it between my knees and I over all sit straighter. And handles. What a concept. I've taken to making my own cases for other item and putting handles on them. Everything pain free at sea can be easily moved because they thought of how the blocks and towers need to be moved around and built hand holds in.

They are very light weight & just plain perfect!

I really like these blocks. I haveCrooked Human blocks also. Looking at quality, I feel they are equal. However, Pain Free at Sea is much more user friendly. Somehow, I almost had an argument with a person working for the other company online. I was stunned. Never happened to me before....insisted they were right and I was wrong......lost a customer. I have ordered Pain Free at Sea directly from both the company and Amazon. Recently. Pain Free was quicker......ii love the inflat pump that comes with the rolls! Makes it easy! Thanks, Pain Free!

I'm using these for several different Egoscue exercises. The foam and covers are a very nice quality and match to this family of equipment. The density of the foam is perfect for knee squeeze exercises as it gives enough to get good movement without being so soft that it collapses (much better than a pillow). It's also useful for a variety of other exercises. I got two exactly as pictured.

Everything was as expected. Quality product. Had the blocks shipped to Florida and then took them overseas to use. And the girl that runs the company is fantastic. She responds to the email and keeps in touch to make sure all is well.

These blocks make doing the exercises much easier. Having the right equipment makes the routine much more manageable.

I'm recovering from a L5 herniated disc and got these with the large foam block for static back and it has helped with the pain immensely to where I can function without anti inflammatories and I think I'm even healing faster. These are useful in multiple postures and poses and are worth the money.
