I bought the 1/4” carbide roughing end mill. Works great, very smooth and easy cutting as it should be.

Of the six different brands I've tried over the past 3 years, I prefer these. Practically zero chatter, and very clean cuts at .25" doc per pass for 1/2" deep pockets. As long a life as the others, just smoother and cheaper. I won't look elsewhere as long as these are in stock (Stateside, for me).

These end mills are the only way to go. The gouging sides work wonders. Have a couple of sizes they work great and are lasting a long time.

The end mill is fantastic, thanks to its geometry I managed to cut through a round stock (aluminum 6060) with very low noise at 0.1 mm/sec.

Arrived early. Works great

Broke at 4500RPM @ 14.5FPM.......after about 10 mins. CAT40 collet (Er32), little to no run out.......checked origin of tooling.....you guessed it! Hoping amazon starts showing where product comes from. Sticking with Niagara from now on!

used this end mill for literally 5 mins milling out some 7071 aluminum and it snapped...had to use an older i bit i had for years...not overly impressed maybe i had a fluke ?
