The computer itself is great mouse mat is huge as is the screen and if you should have a problem customer service is amazing I did have a problem but not with the computer it was an update the corrupted some of features. The people at Vibox talked me through several things to try and fix it when that didn't work they immediately arranged for it to be picked up and during the time they had it I could call them and had every step explained to me in laymans terms as I am not that computer savvy they were very patient with me and walked me through everything step by step there was a slight delay in returning it to me but I have it back and it works very well I just want to emphasize how polite, patient and understanding all the staff I spoke to at Vibox were and would definitely would buy from them again I would send a picture but technically inept I will mention it is important to save the original packaging just in case of the unlikely event you have to send it back
