I loved the dvd

This arrived within a day - brilliant service. The DVD was great but I wasn't pleased that this is a DVD which states quite clearly on the box that it is NOT for re- sale outside the USA and Canada. It made me feel like a criminal.I've only watched the first 2 discs so far but the quality is great, like another reviewer I was quite annoyed with the 2 Thanksgiving stories. In one Cindy and Ben are expecting and go on to have a little boy called Charles Benjamin. In the second Thanksgiving story it travels from 1947 to the 1960's where the story gets confusing. Not only have Ben and Cindy lost Virginia but their is no mention of their little boy 'Charlie'. The family have all grown up and had many additions of their own. Mary-Ellen who previously was told she couldn't have any more children miraculously has another 2 children. Erin who you see marry Paul in one story (and as told by the narrator is still to this day happily married) is in the next disc divorced, and a single mum of 3 children. Like so many, I've loved' The Waltons' since childhood and am quite upset by these mistakes. What were the writers thinking?

Very good cheaper option than the UK version.changing from German to English very easy would highly recomend

Although the films are not as good as the series, they are still a lovely easy-watch. I had seen them before on TV but still thoroughly enjoyed them and the continuing story of the Walton clan.

if you ever watched the waltons and liked it.if you have all the waltons boxsets.you will enjoy these the final times of the waltons only these are 3 dvd boxset with 6 films.a joy to watch as as the Walton children ,now adults get married,eengaged and have children of their own all coming and going in celebrations at their home on Walton mountain.DEFINATELY RECOMMEND

Nostalgic trip back to the past, really love watching these, apart from the error in the story were Ben and Sindy do not have any children in the last film, because Virginia had died, but where was their baby boy Charles, born in the Mother's day special.

Enjoyed this but whoever wrote the scripts didn't take the trouble to find out how the characters ended up in the series.
