Great quality; highly recommend
Really like it. Not much else out there that is commute specific. Have to keep clothes to a minimum but with a little thought and preparation it’s plenty big enough. Eg, this morning I put in my winter running kit, 500ml coffee thermos and gloves etc. Running shoes get slipped in on the outside under the straps. After work, changed into running gear and folded up work clothes neatly then jumped on the train. Ran 5 miles with little noticeable bounce. A little expensive, as I also bought the shoe bag, which is very nice too but it’s not necessary. Overall, highly recommend it.

Not 2.0–old version
Edited -- The backpack is solid but it's the 1.0 version. I returned it and had no issues with that process. Updated because I still like IAmRunBox products. You should know the differences between the 1.0 and 2.0: This version is slightly smaller, carries less, it doesn’t come with molle straps, and there's less inside organization. It also doesn’t come with daisy chains on the shoulder straps. Order it if you can’t get your hands on the new version (it's been sold out for months).

From lululemon to TimBuk2 to IAMRUNBOX. IAMRUNBOX for the WIN
When living health is your lifestyle or your trying to make it more accessible, I firmly believe you need tools, like IAMRUNBOX to make it easier. As a busy professional living in NYC, carrying a laptop in addition to clothing is NOT FUN, and often time I end up over packing. IAMRUNBOX has forced me to be better at packing. As an avid runner and cyclist, any thing that helps make my training time, my day more efficient-I am sold! IAMRUNBOX is not only ergonomically sound but also very light. I’ve even been able to use it on hiking trips. It’s VERY versatile.Living in NYC, IAMRUNBOX has allowed my run and cycling commutes to be a breeze. No more heavy Lululemon totes and TimBuk2 bag for this gal! In addition to using it for commuting, I find it great for everyday use. It’s just to good on my back, and it’s just that comfort to carry. I am able to pack my laptop (13’ MacAir) comfortably and a change of clothing, that stays wrinkle fre, and still have a room for a makeup bag. And all the extra pockets- GAME CHANGER. No need to search for chapstick, credit cards, metro cards and keys, because the straps have all the zip up pockets for it. It’s literally so simple to use it’s genius!

Cheap materials okay design
This is my third run-commuting backpack and I've been doing it a couple years. I thought a backpack designed to carry only what I need for work would be a nice way to simplify my run commute. This product was inspired by a good idea. Unlike most other packs, here's zero bounce with a laptop because of the small and rigid frame. I can fit a laptop, change of clothes, a meal and a snack perfectly in it, with no room to spare. Because it's one-size-fits-all and the harness only adjusts at three points, it may ride weirdly on some people. But the design is half baked and the materials are cheap. The harness pockets are too small and the hip belt pockets are hard to reach. If you try to open it in any way but with the sweaty harness facing down on your desk, your laptop may fall out because the elastic bands are weak and loose fitting. The elastic cord that wraps around the back is useless because it and the ties are too weak. The handle on the top isn't strong enough to last. Stitches on mine started to break within a week. The harness material picks up stench easily, to the point where it smells even when I wash it twice a week. My chest strap broke quickly too. The friction with the edge of the back padding made me bleed on a 7 mile run. This might be a good product for someone who is lucky enough to fit the single size it comes in and is more interested in a weird looking backpack than fitting in more miles. Mine has just about broken down in two months of 5 commutes/30-40 miles per week. I hated worrying that my coworkers would notice my smelly weird briefcase. I can't recommend this.

Muy bueno para viajes, lo veo un poco impráctico para el uso diario de escuela
Es impráctico para el uso de escuela, hay que abrir toda la mochila.

Excellent idea and slower customer support but they came through
I bought this product in July and it worked well. Though it seemed that they made design choices that were for looks, where they could have been a bit more functional, 1) zipper has very tight tolerances which makes it hard to use and prone to breaking, second the "phone" pocket does not fit today's modern phones with a case. I looked at reviews of the product and the most in depth one mentioned a problem with the zipper that the manufacturer replaced for them. Well, my zipper shattered and has rendered the case useless. It took awhile to get a resolution, more due to communications across the pond than anything. The US distributor and the agreed with the issue and sent me a new case. The zipper is much smoother. I am back up and running and happy, in fact I already bought the add - on garment carrier.

OK - but heavy and bulky
Have tried to use the backpack for the past months. Unfortunately, the backpack is rather heavy and does not allow to put much in.

Precise size, ideal for running (and cycling) with a change of gear and bits and bobs.
This is a very precise rucksack. It will take a Lenovo T470 laptop. In the photos you'll see the T470 strapped in, you'll also see it with a sheet of A4 paper on top. The T470 dimensions are 336.6 mm x 232.5 mm x 19.95 mm (13.25" x 9.15" x 0.79")I've been trying to cut down on what I carry whilst running, this bag is a big step in the right direction. I still need to use an extra bag for my food - the IAMRUNBOX comes with an exterior strap which seems to work rather well; I anchor my extra bag on using a clip, there's virtually no bounce and it feels pretty safe and secure. It has a waist strap and an upper body strap. The waist strap has two zipped pockets, enough for a glasses case and a moderate-sized mobile phone (my Moto G6 fits nicely). There's another zipped pocket on the right strap, useful for gels or other easy access sustenance providers. There is a pocket on the left strap, however it's a size to fit type - I've not used it for anything more than keeping a five-pound note or a few pound coins; it might take a small bottle of water. The IAMRUNBOX is very comfortable whilst running - the IAMRUNBOX remained steady throughout my 12km runs, even whilst going over trail-like terrain. It might be expensive, but it's a well made unit, light, comfy and its design has been carefully thought through. It has made running to and/or from work much easier, no longer do I have to plan a day or so in advance...I can just pop the laptop in the rucksack and go.

Massively overpriced for what it is.
Bought this for running back from work and would summarise as ‘ok’ but massively overpriced for what it is. Even on the pro model, space is limited and so had to additionally order the shoe carrier at which point you are north of £150 for a plastic shell with rucksack straps. Inside there is a lack of compartments to secure essentials such as cables and chargers so very basic. A much better option is buy the companies garment carrier at £38 and put it inside a good rucksack.

The bag is held quite high on the back and this does work as a comfortable position and I haven't had any back issues (I ...
I've been really impressed with the durability of this and have been using for 6 months now. I went for the large option and I would definitely not want to go smaller. I generally use it to run with shirt/trousers/underwear/shampoo/towel. Sometimes I also add my macbook. The protection for the laptop feels solid- the case had a rigid shell and the lining around the zip keeps out water. The bag is held quite high on the back and this does work as a comfortable position and I haven't had any back issues (I did once hurt my back running with another backpack). The pockets are brilliant. Really deep. I have my iphone in one so I can listen to music and keys + cleat covers in another. There's a handy pocket on the vertical strap which holds train tickets for quick access. There's also a fold out holding bit for a drink bottle which I haven't used. The netting which comes with the bag and allows you to attach things to the front of it is useful. The bag works quite well to hold shirt and trousers together so they don't look really creased. You need to fold the shirt around the plastic card in the way the pictures on it describe which is pretty quick and easy.In summary, the bag is well made. It's relly strong, durable. It's not particularly heavy. I don't think you'll find a better solution if you require smart clothes at the end of a long run or cycle commute. It's expensive but I use mine every day so cost divided by use makes it worth my while. I thought a while before spending this much but six months later I'm definitely not dissapointed with the decision.

Look what I found
It's a great looking bag, not exactly like one in the advert but nice. Was surprised to find someone's inhaler in the front pocket......is it a new bag....doesn't have that new feel anymore. Disappointed.
