Value Series WPP-1642 Wood Pizza Peel - 15-1/2"x18" Blade, 42"L

Handle is really way too long for the area around my oven. May have to shorten it. Otherwise, it’s great to use.

This is an okay quality lightweight pizza peel for a low price. I recommend cleaning right after using so that oil does not soak into the wood. After about ten uses and cleanings, one of the glued joints has started to separate. The peel still works, but when the crack finally breaks through, I will probably invest in a more expensive and better quality peel.

For home kitchen use the handle is too long, the test is perfect, A great asset in my kitchen.

Great size, works great to slide pizza in and out of oven

I used it once to make pizza and a week later I noticed that it cracked in the center

Much better than stainless steel for pizzas. Raw crust pizza slides off easily with a dusting of flour and/or cornmeal.

Used it in a wood fired oven all summer. No complaints.
