Started working out and eating clean again. These comtainers were very helpful for meal prep and proportions were perfect!!

Do not close tightly.
I chose these because they were less expensive than other brands. Bad idea. The problem is that they do not seal. I like that “snap” that you get when a plastic lid shuts properly, but with these, as you’re closing one side, the other side is lifting up. The meals I froze ended up with ice crystals over the food. Use them for sending friends home with leftovers, but not for freezing meals.
