Edgewater Parts 279838, AP3094254 Heavy Duty Clothes Dryer Heating Element Kit Compatible With Whirlpool Dryer

This kit was perfect! The only thing I would liked to have added was the wheels too. But this thing did the job. The thermostat at the top of the heat duct, directly above the heating element, was dead and wouldn't heat. I went ahead and replaced everything, belt too, along with that sensor. With all those new parts, the dryer works like brand new. Used to be a full load wouldn't dry past about 80% and would need another half cycle or so to get dry, not now. The clothes were dry at the end of the cycle, and I had 2 pairs of jeans in there. Couldn't be happier with the results!If you're at all concerned about buying this kit, don't worry, all the sensors are different enough that even if you can't tell the difference between them, they all have a specific place to go and a matching part they replace, you literally can't put them in the wrong place.Exactly as ordered, great price, great value, highly recommended.Also, it was delivered 3 days earlier than estimated. That's on the USPS of course, but I didn't expect such fast turn around. Thanks!

Was going to buy a new dryer, but due to the pandemic, there weren’t any available. Ordered the parts and replaced everything that has to do with the heating. A new dryer was $750 plus and the parts were around $40 and the dryer works like new.If I was able to replace the parts, anyone can. Not exactly a handyman

Good price, Fast shipping and delivery. Heating element works Great BUT one of the heating sensor stopped working after one load. I had to put one of the old sensors back in so the dryer would work again. I would recommend buying the sensors from a local dealer.

NO! THERE WAS: NO RED CONNECTOR LINE, NO SCREWS, NO ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR TIPS, NO HIGH LIMIT THERMOSTAT, THERMAL CUT OFF FUSE! IT TOOK ME 45 MINUTES TO GO THROUGH ALL OF THE OFFERS SO I COULD FIND EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED AND I WANTED A COMPLETE KIT SO I WOULD KNOW ALL OF THE PARTS WERE NEW!!!!!! FOR WHAT I PAID FOR THIS, I COULD HAVE GOTTEN FROM EBAY FOR $25.00 AND THIS COST ME $40.00!!!!!

I installed in my brother dryer and he saved plenty of money and the dryer works like new. Just watch a Youtube video on Kenmore/Whirpool dryer repair.

Excellent service. I was able to repair my dryer and basically took it to a brand new condition.

It worked good for about 2 weeks then the two fuses on the heating element went out again, i replaced every part on my dryer that came in the kit.
