The overall design is great to take up less space on a buffet table. However, the silverware cups are too loose and do not stay in place and twist. We ended up using black zip ties to secure. Also the bottom of the silverware cups should have solid side for the fist inch or so to keep the silverware from falling out of the sides. I cut some plastic cups to make a solid ring inside to keep the silverware from falling out.

Very compact easy to assemble and disassembleIts nice look at,Sturdy and well designed. we used it last night for our Arabian nights dinner party and it looked fancy. Now in our kitchen as paper plates,knifes and tissue holder. when not using just disassemble and out it back in box. My only suggestion to the company would be better packing.I recommend this product!

We purchase this item for our new church café and for large food events. Upon opening it I was really impressed with the size and quality but upon further review I was disappointed. My initial plan was to return it but never got around to it. The three levels do not fit together well and wobble. I also found a piece of very sharp metal made into the unit. It is not an eight please that someone could get injured but it is visible

My sister ordered this in August as a Christmas gift; the gift was just opened and it is an over-priced piece of junk!There are pieces missing, pieces that don't fit, and the part of it is not even painted! The kicker is she is out of $50 because it's too late to return it!Lesson learned; check your items when you get them, so you don't get ripped off!

I love the versatility of this entertainment set. You can use it together, separately or just a few pieces at a time. I added a sleeve to the utensil holders so the silverware didn’t slip through.

Magnificent!! Arrived in perfect condition.Love that the pieces can be stacked or used individually. I plan on using the bigger piece for plates with the cutlery attachment and napkin holder stacked for our upcoming buffet and the smaller piece for a dessert tower.So many uses for this item, just use your imagination.Very sturdy. I gave it a trial run as soon as I opened the box.Thanks

Unfortunately the scoring system made me give them one star. This product gets zero stars. The quality is poor. I ordered this for my dads 60th bday party. I ordered it early but didn’t attempt to use it until the day of the party. The items arrived stacked and I was unable to pull the rack out. I had to purchase another set from another store the day of my dads party. I couldn’t return the item because it was past 30 days. I had to throw it in the trash. Waste of 39.00$

Easy to assemble. Comes right out of the box and is stackable. The utensils do fall out of the holders because of the holes. I ended up cutting up posterboard to line the Utensil holders. Overall we were satisfied with the product
