This is a great inexpenive and lightweight brace. I've broken my ankle 3 times and sprained it about a dozen times so it's really unstable. I had been working out with a thick aircast splint but wanted to try something smaller. When this arrived and looked barely thicker than a sock I was a bit concernd, but it's a really great brace! I do a boot camp workout with high impact jumps and sprints and I haven't had any issues!

This ankle brace is AMAZING. I have been using them almost every day for about two years, and they have greatly reduced the number of sprains I get, and the healing time when I do roll over and get a slight sprain. This is, BY FAR, the best low volume ankle brace I have ever used. Would not travel without it. Not only good for hiking, but really reduces ankle wear while mountain biking. Fantastic product. I get new ones about every 8 months, as they stretch a bit over time - but let's face it, that is after more then 200 wears. I wear a size 9 shoe, and get an extra small for a snug fit. My husband wears a size 10 shoe; he is a skinny guy, and he wears a size small.

Needed this compression sleeve after ankle tendon surgery. Really hate that the opening bands at the bottom and top are way too tight and had knots in it where the elastic connected which were really painful after a few minutes of wear. Cut the knots out and it really helped, otherwise I couldn't have worn it at all. It has medium compression, but doesn't offer any real stability. The compression was strong enough to stop post surgery swelling after I got out of the "boot".

I've been having some tendon pain in my foot and was previously using the Senteq compression sleeve for support with good results. I bought this as a back up for when my Senteq was drying, but I also hoped it would be a little more comfortable as the design is different. Well, it is more comfortable because it fits like a sock. In fact, I have socks that fit me tighter than this compression sleeve. I wear a women's 7.5 shoe and bought an extra small, as was recommended by the sizing. However, this was too loose and provided me with no support. There is no other smaller size for me to choose from, so I am going to order another Senteq.Take a pass on this if you have smaller feet.

The size chart said to buy the smallest size for me but it cuts off blood circulation after a few hours and makes my ankle very painful. Buy a size up.

these are nice but they hurt the top of my foot by my toes it's to tight and i have small feet but I wanted to say it really helped my ankle it was sore and i wore this for a few days and it has helped it feel much better...still tight but it's bearable...

I love this ankle brace! I had foot surgery and wear it as a support for my foot when I worked on the beach. It fit perfectly I can wear it for 8 hours and have no circulation problems, which is really impressive considering how swollen my foot is. I got the XS and I wear a size 8.5 shoe!

Developed some nerve pain in my ankle/foot area due to a cyst in that area that was touching a nerve. This really helped....I wore for several days straight and also when running. The cyst has gone down on its own and the nerve pain has gone. However, I am going to continue to wear this support when running as my right ankle is a little weak anyway. Very comfortable. P.S. I purchased on my own; did not receive free.
