Yummy
Tastes really good. Really small squares though.

You'll need a microwave!
This 12-count of display boxed energy bars was shipped in a padded envelope. The box arrived completely smashed, destroyed, and unusable. The energy bars appear to be unharmed because they are very hard. When I tried to bite into the first one, it actually hurt my teeth. But, the smell and taste made me really want to eat it. So, I put it in the microwave for 10 seconds and VIOLA! It came out like a gooey square of fresh banana bread batter. It literally tastes like you are eating fresh bananas! The white chocolate chips add a delicious sweetness to the bar. It is a real bonus for me that these bars are gluten free since I am intolerant. My only concern is that $2.71 for each 1.76 ounce bar, these energy bars are rather expensive. If the cost is within your budget, and you have access to a microwave when you plan on eating them, I really think you are going to love them!

Sugar bar
What's the difference between an "energy bar" and a "candy bar"? Marketing, mostly. Bonk Breaker touts itself as a "healthy snack" because it's made with real ingredients. But so is any good chocolate bar. The chocolate bar is tastier, cheaper, and—if it has nuts—has about the same mix of macronutrients (carbohydrates, fat, and protein). So let's be honest: Bonk Breakers are candy. The first ingredient is brown rice syrup. As a result of all that sugar, they taste great and have a crispy, chewy texture, like a dense brownie. Eating a Bonk Breaker is a pleasure, and the banana cream flavor comes through loud and clear. However, for the same price you could get an assortment of gourmet candy bars instead. Bonk Breaker is charging a premium for the healthy image, which isn't really justified by the ingredients. Don't be taken in. If you want candy, just buy candy. If you want nutrition, buy fresh fruit and nuts.

Very dense but nice banana flavor
I like bars as quick on-the-go options, especially for breakfast. Unfortunately, so many of them are pretty unhealthy, with poor nutritional profiles. Admittedly, these bars had a bit more sugar (15g) and less protein (4g) than I strive for. The fiber was decent (2g), and the sodium not too high (3% DV). I did like that the bar is made with real ingredients such as peanuts and cashew butter. When I first tried one of these bars, I was surprised by how dense they were. The bar is moist, but overly thick and chewy. However, the bar tasted pleasantly of real banana, and the flavor grew on me more after a few tries. Still, I probably would note repurchase given that there are better, more nutritious options available.

Banana Cream - dense and very sweet
Very dense and pretty sweet with an initial chewiness that softens as you eat it. The bars have a good banana flavor but are just a bit too sweet for my taste and I prefer the texture of Clif bars. I recommend drinking plenty of water as you eat these as the sugars remain in your mouth.

Bonk Breaker Energy Bar Banana Cream
This bar is very dense and chewy. It definitely reminds me of real bananas because it tastes like real bananas. This is non GMO and gluten free. Very convenient snack that gave me some extra energy during my afternoon slump. These are small but perfect snack size.

I find them sweet - my daughter adores them
For me, these snacks are like any other of the natural-inclined bars. They have the chewy consistency of a power bar and the flavor of bananas. I personally find them to be slightly sweeter than bananas, more like dried bananas. My toddler daughter, however, who loves all things bananas, thinks these bars are the greatest thing ever and frequently rummages through my purse to find them when I'm not paying attention! They make a nice addition to the gluten/dairy free snack arsenal but aren't my go-to favorite.

Banana is the last ingredient except for salt
Very tasty with a strong banana (ish) flavor. But the first ingredient is high fructose rice syrup and sugar is an ingredient in two of the other ingredients. You are dealing with a real insulin bomb, aka cookie. Rice syrup, btw is not better for you than HFCS. Not keto friendly. Banana is next to the last ingredient in a long list.

Disappointed
Great bar but disappointed that there was no mention of when their best before date was. When they arrived the best before date was 2 weeks later. Poor communication on the sellers part
