I tried this today for the first time. I worked really well within like 15 minutes and effects lasted for at least 6 hours. I took one, started to feel it after about 15 minutes and then took another. It felt really nice. I could feel my fatigue fading and definitely it lowered inflammation. I definitely felt more energy but my only complaint would be that it's not exactly focused energy.I know you're supposed to cycle this one and it even says to do so on the bottle. I just hope that I continue to get effects from it. Some people say they get effects the first few times and then don't any longer. I'll update this review later on if I remember.Definitely a profound and noticeable effect from this herb. Awesome value for $7. Very pleased with this herb from this brand. Definitely worth a try.

This gives me more energy at the end of a long day of work, and I have more energy to be productive at home afterward. "Endurance" is a good word for Eleuthero's effect.I'm only taking one capsule per day, and I only take this on weekday mornings (I cycle off all supplements on weekends). It took a week or so to build up in my system before I noticed the endurance effect.

Have been trying supplements to see which work and this is definitely one that works. Within about 30 minutes I knew it was kicking in or had been. When I started taking it I had mental fatigue but this stuff gets rid of that and I kind of relate it to coffee but without the crash. This stuff is a must and a life-saver.

Of my recent herbal purchases this one did the job. Taking this will increase your level of energy, and it helped tremendously for getting back into working out. From what I read on Webmd, it seems that mode of action is that the Eleuthero (Siberian ginseng, not the same kind of plant as regular ginseng) increases your bodies utilization of blood sugar.Some cautions (and thus the lack of five star rating). This product will likely contribute to heart arrythmia, so I would not recommend it for REGULAR use. Since it increases your utilization of blood sugar, make sure you have something with easily absorbable sugar nearby in case you need it (gatorade).Lastly, it has a different mode of action than regular caffeine, you will not get the jitters. BUT, if you take too much and especially too much near night-time sleeping time you may end up dealing with night panic.

Misconception that this herb gives one energy. I have been using it for years to stay out of stress induced menopause. That it's an adaptagen it helps the body respond to stress. Stamina in a way- it does give one focus and clarity not energy persa. It has a calming effect and this purchase is amazing. Will keep on hand. Very good for boosting immunity also!!

Easy to take

I wasn’t sure how these would work. I take one in the morning and another one around noon time. It gives me energy to complete projects and a little more. Doesn’t make me feel jittery I honestly didnt feel much until I realized I was doing more than usual I give some to my husband now.

It works good. The only downfall that it has is it keeps your dog asleep. If you are giving it to a little dog, only give him half of the capsule you can break open the capsule and put it on a little piece of bread it works faster
