Pedro A Bailey 44mm Wheel Bearing Greaser Grease Tool for Polaris RZR 900/1000

Works great.

The tool showed up as expected in a good time frame. I have two XPT RZR's and wanted to give the bearing greasing a try. As it turned out my 2018 needed a set of new bearings. Installed the new bearing and was shocked on how much grease I was able to get in them. The tool works well and seems to be sized correctly. My tool was shipped with a bad grease zirk, but I simply replaced it and moved on with my project. On a side note: There are many schools of thought here, but I personally feel if the bearing is full of clean grease there is no room for water and dirt. The full bearing can transfer the heat out and away via the grease. Air is not a good thermal conductor. As well as the idea that an occasional greasing will help purge any contaminates that do get in.

Grease the o-ring and clean the hub cavity before you use this or you’ll be running to buy a new o-ring. Mine stayed in tact, just some advice (RZR) 44mm hubs

Works as described. Fits both front and rear of Polaris RS1. "I have Rhino 2.0 axles on the rear...it was NOT an issue as others have suggested." also, mine came with a different zert than the one shown and it has not given me a problem.

well first i noticed that it did not have the inner o-ring on it. But after using it i don't really see the need for the o-ring seal. I will say for 20.00 it was worth every single penny. My machine only has 500 miles on it and between the 4 wheel bearing i was able to use 1/2 tube of grease. I was amazed at how much each bearing took. This is a great tool to prolong the life of your wheel bearings. But most important was knowing your machine and that you are not going to break down on the trail!

This product works great. The improvement that needs to be made is the grease zert is very cheep, so I replaced it and it works great now.

Works great for greasing my front and back wheel bearings on my 2018 RZR XP 1000 EPS.

The media could not be loaded.  Didn't even get one use out of it, attached the grease gun applied some grease, and the zerk fitting poped right out of the greaser. Zero threads for it to grab onto, such a waste of time getting the sxs apart for that to happen.

It’s a great little unit.Well built and an exact fit.Worked very well injecting the sealed wheel bearings full of grease without having to pull the hub on my side by side. I just had to remove the brake calliper, the castle nut and rotor then slip it in place. It took @ 20 pumps of grease before it started seeping from the bearing seal.100% satisfied!Colin P.

I used it to grease my wheel bearings on my 2014 rzr xp 900 . It works very well in that you don't have to take the hub assembly off the arm to grease the bearings
