I’m really impressed with this Deco X50. Setup was incredibly easy through the app, and the Wi-Fi 6 speeds are a noticeable jump from my old router. Triple Ports: Having 3 Gigabit ports on a single unit is a huge plus for wired devices. Compact Design: It looks modern and doesn't have messy antennas sticking out. Performance: Handles 4K streaming and multiple devices without any lag. Expandable: Love that I can just add another Deco unit later if I need more range. Note: It covers my space well, but if you have a very large home or thick walls, you might eventually want a second unit for a full mesh experience. Highly recommended for a reliable, "set it and forget it" home network!

Wonderful connection

The Deco App is great! Setting it up was super easy. I'm using it in Access Point mode as I didn't want to go through Airtel Support mess. When Fast Roaming is enabled old devices do not work and without it and I often find a few of my devices getting connected to router which is far. I found the signal strength/coverage to be marginally better than TP-Link AC750 but the speed was 2 to 3 times better depending on the location of the device. It would have been nice to have some easy mounting option for the device.

I was a bit skeptical about buying this product because I had researched a lot on the reliability and mechanics of mesh wifi, especially considering the cost difference compared to buying individual routers. Ultimately, I decided to go with the Deco X50. My previous setup consisted of three individual routers, each with its own SSID. Because I was experiencing very slow wifi before, I had already done the hard part of running CAT6 cables between them. With my old setup, I constantly had to manually switch SSIDs depending on which router was closest to me. With a mesh wifi network, you have just one SSID, and the Deco units seamlessly switch your device from node to node depending on proximity. Integrating the Deco X50 into my wired setup brought a substantial improvement in both wifi speed and range. If you are planning to buy this product or any mesh wifi system, I highly recommend connecting each unit via an ethernet backhaul, as this ensures the nodes communicate without hindering your overall wifi speed. The setup via the Deco app was incredibly easy and took me only about 5-10 minutes. I was initially going to buy the X20, but the X50 offers double the speed on the 5GHz band and has 3 Ethernet ports instead of the X20's two. The wifi has been completely stable, and I haven't experienced any downtime so far. I highly recommend the Deco X50 - provided you use an ethernet backhaul with CAT6 cables!

Marvelous piece of tech in budget. Just enough to cover a G+1 floor house (of around 3000sqft) No network or speed drops. Pierces through the walls and concretes Set up takes under 5 mins if you, just follow the steps on the Deco app. Connnect the nodes using a cat6 cable and see the magic. (Not very effective in wireless, speed drops) Fantastic build and design. The price could go down during a sale., but im sure you wont regret buying Deco X50, there are other models, but this fits my need and at a perfect price. No more disconnection or reconnect when you move across floors. For the best outcome, place the nodes at diagonal ends of both floors. I read that the AI takes time to adjust based on oir usage, but it offered a great coverage right out of the box

As per TP link website, it contains 2 internal antenna if HW version is V1 or V2, but it contains 3 anteena if HW version is V3, and the coverage depends on the number of Anteena. "2× Internal Antennas (Deco X50 V1.0~V2.0) 3× Internal Antennas (Deco X50 V3.0)" But I received version V1, my hw firmware release is 1.3.1 Build 20251122 Rel. 36074 I was wondering why the wifi get disconnected when i go to another room and I am using two X50, so looks like it is the problem that we received V1 router which has 2 Anteena and hence poor coverage and attracting customers to buy with discounts and less price. Take your decision accordingly before purchasing. Signal Coverage: Poor Value for Money: not good unless you receive version 3 V3 HW

I have a 3 bedroom apartment and I was using T p link Acher C6. It is wifi5 router. I used to experience the speed drop in rooms away from router. Deco X50 worked like a charm. I bought a set of two. the router was replaced by one unit and other unit was placed at 15 feet distance in the line of sight. Now each room gets the same speed as supplied by isp. I am using I-ON fibre connection. when i was configuring , i was unable to connect as I-ON binds the router MAC to connection. So i had to call them and the did. reset of MAC. So if you buy deco and try configuring yourself, you can but if the connection fails call your internet provider. This is also future proof. It will support 1 Gbps speed. one important thing , it has only two frequencies 2.4 and 5.2 Ghz, so if you are connecting the second unit wirelessly then the spped at the second unit will be half of what internet provider gives. Because Deco x50 does not have a third frequency for backhaul ( sending and receiving data is fone by the 5.2 ghz freqency . i layed an ethernet cable between two units, so i get same speed across. It may be a one time hassel to lay cable , but i would suggest you to do it . The routers with wireless backhaul capabilities are very costly , almost 3 times price of deco x50. Excellent product , best result.

Inte den nyaste snabbaste men en arbetshäst jag gillar skarpt. Satt upp 2 kit med tre i varje, källaren fick en den med via ethernet. Gäst nät och iOT nät med egna lösenord sätter du snabbt upp. Jag får ut full kapacitet från min fiber. Komplement vart en ute access punkt från samma serie. Rekommenderas.
