Back massage Pad, Massage Mat

If I'd reviewed it after 1st use I may have given it 1 or 2 stars. Others have commented on how loud it is, and it IS loud, but I got used to it after a few uses. Despite the noise, it's a very nice massage mat. I was a bit skeptical of vibration vs. kneading, but again, after a few uses I got used to that too, and now may prefer vibration. It's super flexible (I've rolled it up to use solely on lower back and it feels NICE.) If you use it for more than 30 min then I'd suggest putting the heat on low as it can get quite hot, particularly on the rear end. The kneading neck and shoulder attachment is a really nice feature and does work well on other parts of the body. More individualized heat control would have been nice...being able to localize heat as well as all nodes heating would have made this mat exceptional instead of just really nice. I got this mat on a deep discount for $55 and it was well worth that.

the first thing i noticed was its excellent quality . the mat is quite thick and very comfotable .this massage mat has 10 heating and vibrating motors which you can set as you like. vibration only or with heat its very relaxing after a hard day of work.the shiatsu neck massager can be detached and used seperatly and can be set to high or low intensity.it also has a seperate heat for neck and mat.i like that you can set the timer for 10 -20 or 30 minutes in case you fall asleep. which usually happens to me because its so comfortable.i highly recomend it.you will have a pleasant experiance you wont regret.

Wiring broke after a month of use. My husband fixed it twice but couldn’t fix the third time. Bad circuit board. Ended up buying a new one from a different company.

1) If you want something for a light, relaxing massage, this is perfect. If you want something deeper, look for another product as this is not it. 2) Overall, it is comfortable and flexible. It lays flat, but you can use it at different angles. 3) It is well made. You can tell it is sturdy and seems like it will last the test of time. 4) Nice functionality with vibration, different intensity levels and heat. 5) Nice feature that the neck pillow can be removed. It can be used separately, if you want.

Honestly I’m in love with this product. I’ve been using it almost every day since I got it 3 weeks ago and my body couldn’t be happier. I love being warm so I placed it on my couch and use the heating mat by itself without any massaging functions. It can get very hot so be careful and maybe start with the low heat setting. Also, I’m 5’11 and it’s long enough. The shiatsu massager is also excellent for both my neck and calves. I have a lot of knots in my calves and it’s helped release the tension there. The neck shiatsu massage has been very helpful as I feel relaxed and ready to fall asleep right after using it. You can set the pressure/speed to where it doesn’t feel too hard. I don’t use a towel but I can see how some people might need to use one underneath. I’m so glad I got this!
