Sercomm ADT Pulse RC8326 Indoor HD Camera Newest Version

I tried multiple times to install this camera to my ADT Pulse system but was unsuccessful using both the WPS method and the direct connection method. After contacting my ADT security specialist, He informed me that my ADT Pulse system was not compatible with this camera which is the newer version of the 8325. I ended up having to return this unit and was charged a $15 restocking fee.I ended up buying the ADT camera I needed from eBay at a fraction of the cost. It requires some patience as these security cameras are being snapped up there due to more favorable costs.

Best purchase ever. Was nervous at first but it was soooo easy to install and I did not have to deal with ADT coming out and costing me more. Works great with my other cameras!

I have two ADT Pulse Systems. One of them older system with old white iHUB. Contrary to what ADT told me, these cameras do NOT WORK with old white iHUB. When it did not work on old white iHUB, installed camera on newer pulse system with no problems. ADT SHOULD UPGRADE OLD PULSE SYSTEMS TO ALLOW INSTALLATION OF THESE CAMERAS. Picture quality much better than old 8025 cameras. Be sure your system allows camera to be added via Wi-Fi (WPS with PIN).

Camera works great but keep in mind this indoor camera has NO Audio.. I did not make sure of that prior to purchasing and now I’m having to purchase another camera because I need an indoor one with audio.

I love this little camera. I have some for security in my home, but purchased this one so I can watch my little Yorkie while I am away from the house. I just love checking in once or twice a day while I am out and seeing that he is OK.

Great product.

The angle they capture is great. They glitch occasionally when refreshing but they always recover.
