Unfortunately keurig sets the 2.0 to only take their k cups. You can order a cheat off amazon. It's a clip that covers the sensor.

As long as you're able to use your coffee maker to make just one cup Yes you can. I do it all the time

Q: Since these are not in any original packaging, is it possible to choose my flavors? I detest pumpkin.

Not to my knowledge. You have to order just pumpkin or multipack with pumpkin in it.
