Purchased in Aug 2021 and stopped working Feb 2022
This printer worked great and was fairly easy to set up to our POS upserve system - had to change the port on the backside so it was compatible with our system but other than that it was a simple replacement. However - I purchased this printer back in Aug 2021 and it just stopped working yesterday 2/10/22 - I've tried just about everything to get this working again as it is the only kitchen printer we have. Very stressful. And obviously the printer is not cheap which is understandable but spending ~ $600 on a printer for it to stop working 6 months later is very disappointing. Any tips on how this printer can be repaired are appreciated.

workhorse printer
Bought this as a backup for a printer we already use.We are a drycleaner, the computer uses this printer to print little tags for each item of clothing.All day long 6 days a week .
