H2Tab Molecular Hydrogen Water Drinking Tablets, 30 Count

I review products in my search for good products. I purchased 4 different brands and am cognizant of the residue at the bottom of my glass. I take this 3 times per day, why not. What I noticed on the 3rd day is that I was caught up with my list if things to do. No, there was no energy rush, no jitters, no speeding, I was just doing the things I had neglected and was caught up with them! Yes, I would recommend this to everyone! This has given me a baseline of which to compare the others to! My criteria's been: no sugar or sweetners, non-GMO and 3rd party tested!

Didn’t know if it was helping until one day after drinking H2 water, I did my daily treadmill walking and was able to walk twice as long and couldn’t get my heart rate out of the light zone. I usually was on treadmill 10-15 mins and heart rate would get into the moderate to vigorous zones after 5-8 minutes. That’s when I knew it was working! A lower heart rate from my usual has been significantly lower with any other types of exercise that I participate in now. I also noticed that the colder the water is, the slower the tabs dissolve. FYI for those saying tabs can take a long time to dissolve.

I am writing this review in hopes of helping other people. Personally, I have been drinking these every morning and I’ve noticed a huge difference in my energy level! I am getting more done. I’m just not fatigued as I usually am. I signed up for subscribe and save, and when the tablets did not come in before I finish my pack I was without them for three days and noticed a huge downturn in my ability to function and get things done! I know this is just my personal experience, but I really feel like I don’t want to go without the tablets now. Maybe try them for a month to see if they do anything for you!

Arrived quick, nice packaging & Logo but I've been buying the Sunshine & Rain Brand for sometime as it had more magnesium & I loved that they truly are tasteless. However, they were out of stock and upon researching other brands this one came up with a lot of reviews, mostly positive, so ordered 2 boxes. Just made my first one and immediately I noticed the tablets were grey, not white. Upon dissolving, I saw there was a terrible film at the top of the water (see pics). Then, upon tasting, could easily tell there is a mineral taste to the water, that was off putting. So in comparison to my initial brand, they just don't meet the same quality as I'm used to. I'm sure they work well and I see many folks do love them, but I just think having another brand to compare them to, put them a little lower on the quality scale, for me! Needless to say I'll be going back to my initial brand. Sorry 😞!

I started extended water fasting and thought this would be a huge boost. Taste is not bad and it does have some sort of effect (possibly placebo)! I’ve done 3 days with 1 a day so far and may try having 2 or 3 in a day to see if any benefits are more noticeable.

The tabs don’t really work on me, but they actually work on my husband. He starts his day with one. And, the delivery is so fast he never has to be without them. Vey satisfied.

Started using this about a year ago and love it! The original has an odd taste but after awhile you get used to it. Joints don’t hurt like they used to and my sleep has improved! I bought several packages at Christmas to give to people to try because I felt like it helped me so much I do like the new lemon lime flavor that just came out too!

The tablets do not desolve very fast and the magnesium causes diarrhea .
