My filter arrived looking dirty.
I just got this new filter. It's still packaged. But the filter is gray. I know the filter goes through phases starting from white when it's clean to dark gray when it's dirty, based on the manual from my air purifier and also based from experience from my previous filter. So I think this filter arrived dirty. This is a problem because I expected a clean filter, but this doesn't seem to be clean.
