I bought a couple of amazons “best selling” mct oils and bhb powders previously. All of them tasted ehh if not bad. Keto Spark however really does taste amazing. I decided to go with this one because of this companies customer service. I had a few questions before purchasing and they gave me such detailed answers within minutes. Big fan of this brand and the products they continue to put out. Will be purchasing again.

On taste alone this gets 10 stars if there was an option for that. My ketone levels were very low prior to using this product. An hour after use they are right at the top of the scale. Seriously hoping this keeps up and if it does I’ll be a repeat customer.

This product is amazing! The taste is wonderful. I generally do not like to drink any type of mix from a shaker cup...but this is great right from the shaker. It’s also delicious when blended with ice and almond milk. It gives me a big burst of energy and helps decrease my appetite! Love this product!

Not sure if it really works yet, as I just made my first shake. I used 1 full scoop with 1.5 cups of unsweetened Almond milk and a hand full of ice cubes and blended it in my Ninja and this stuff tastes fantastic. Here's one shake I don't have to gag down. Hopefully it works as good as it tastes. This was my breakfast before heading off to Zumba class. I will certainly purchase this again.

I gave this product a couple days to see how I’d like it and adjust to it. But the taste gets a little getting used to.( I’ve done Keto OS and like those best but there too pricey. ) but the first day I didn’t feel much of a difference. So I gave it a shot still but the last couple days no affect on my energy or anything. And it does not help to put me in ketosis at all. I’ve also been experiencing severe headaches since taking this and have decided to stop and not continue as I was going to give it a full week.

First off, this mixed well and tastes amazing. Secondly, I had so much energy from this, but didn’t get any jittery feeling. Great product!

I bought this for my leg cramps and giving it 3 stars because they are lessening but not feeling any spark from the caffeine. But...why do you use a large container it's so much more than necessary. Deceptive packaging and a waste of plastic!

Absolutely love the flavor... I know it sounds a little weird but it tastes like strawberry cream without the heaviness or milky aftertaste. I don’t feel jittery at all. Huge win in my book.
