Very hard and crunchy, but a bitter flavor and not a sourdough flavor! Wife tried them and after part of one piece, pitched it in the trash. It has taken me a month to consume most of one package, and because they are hydroscopic, the absorbed ambient humidity and turned into a bitter tasteing piece of leather like material that had to be thrown away.

Just as dry and crispy as I remember. Nice with swiss cheese.

We first tried Wasa bread in Sweden decades ago. Have been eating it ever since. It stays fresh in the package for a very long time. Try all the varieties. Good topped with peanut butter or cream cheese. Or make it like an open face sandwich with egg salad or ham and cheese. Never gets soggy like regular bread. It’s healthy and low calorie to boot.

Always crisp and never disappointed. I use for both sweet and savory flavors. Can be as simple as PB&J. The Sourdough works well with a mustard, coleslaw mix and thinly sliced chicken breast.Had read some bad reviews of Crispbread arriving totally smashed. That wasn’t true for me. Have only opened one package so far and only one was broken. I was surprised since it wasn’t bubble wrapped, just in plastic bag. Hopefully, other package will be the same. Highly recommend the WASA Crisp-breads.

I enjoy crispbread with cream cheese and smoked salmon for breakfast. Always light enough, yet full of flavor. This was a very easy purchase for me.
