Strong and resilient!
My PT recommended this band for doing post-surgical exercises at home. It certainly does work better than the latex strips I was sent home with from my first PT! It seems super durable, the handles fit under furniture legs to keep it stationary and the loop works well around an ankle or in the hand.

Not the band pictured
The exercise band pictured had a center loop to attach to a hook. The band I revived did I not. This was not what I wanted or as represented.
