Easy to use
I prefer this remote to the one that comes with the tv and receiver.

Works great once it is programmed correctly.
It was easy to program for the television but not for the Set Top Box. I had to contact Spectrum support, but they were helpful and gave me the information I needed. The Remote control is visually exactly like the one directly from Spectrum, and it works perfectly on all the features I have needed to use up to this point. Based on it's performance so far, I would definitely buy another one.

It is very functional. But I saw no instructions on how to erase a program which you scheduled and want to erase. Easy to use with the identified functions. All in all I find it a good buy.

Replacement Remote
I ordered this as a replacement remote in case one of my primary remotes gets lost. I rent a condo, and making sure I have remotes for the TVs is critical for my guests. This arrived quickly and was well priced.

Easy replacement
I lost the supplied remote that came with the cable box, so I brought this one from Amazon. I read the other review instructions on linking the cable box to the remote (menu + #2 or #3) but that didn't work for me or trying to link the remote to the tv. What worked for me was using the cable box button (3 horizontal line) to reach the menu, select "Settings and Support" then "Support" then Remote" then "Pair New Remote", it had hold the options button on the remote until it paired , then it gave an option to pair with TV, which I did, then finally an option to pair with an Audio device, which I declined. Afterwards, the remote worked with both the cable box and the tv.

Secret Programming?
I just switched back to Spectrum and wanted two remotes so I bought this one and almost returned it because I could not get it to work the cable box. After following all the instructions, it would only turn the TV on/off and work the volume. After searching online and finding no help, in frustration, I printed out the return label but decided to take one more look at reviews for this remote. Low and behold on the reviews for this same remote (URC1160), but sold by another seller, I came across a review that was complaining about the same issue. However, she had found a Youtube video that said to simultaneously press the Menu button and either #2 or #3 until the input light flashes twice. It worked! Number 2 worked on my TV and the remote is working like a champ controlling everything. I could kiss that other reviewer for posting this.
