The first time one of the cables went wrong they replaced it promptly but since then all of the cables i bought have died. Then the customer care line stopped working. This is the first time I’ve seen them advertised in a few months. But I won’t be able to get a refund or replacement as I no longer have the faulty cables. Didn’t see the point in keeping faulty goods that I couldn’t contact the seller for. They look and feel good but won’t last.

I have purchased many of these cables plus the longer versions and they are extremely good and I have even given them to family members and they think they are great, so much better than the Apple cables and vastly cheaper, one of my best purchases from Amazon

Bought it in June 2020, it was still going strong just buying a new one because I lost mine yesterday.

My family and I are big users of iPhones and iPads. The charging cables sometimes get some pretty rough treatment! So having cables which do not break all the time is important to me. The cable I bought 3 years ago is still going strong. Based on this reliability, I purchased 11 more cables for my family. All still functioning perfectly! I am an electronics manufacturing engineer and the robust design and construction of these cables has really impressed me. Much better than anything else I have tried, including genuine Apple cables.

After buying other supposedly durable and long lasting I-phone charger cables in the past, only to find them fall to bits, un a matter of months, I decided to invest these. They look like they will last and seem robust enough. They are rather expensive and only time will tell if they prove value for money.

I bought two of these wires about six months ago for the wife and myself to use. Wire feels sturdy and doesn’t bend as easily as the normal charger.One of the wires stopped working just last week so I emailed the support team to enquire for a replacement using the 36 months warranty scheme. The team was very responsive and responded within 24 hours to ask for further details on the issue and dispatched a replacement right after. The replacement arrived within 3 days (in the UK). So overall I would recommend the product and support team.

Only had the charger cable for a week seems to be charging ok.I’ve bought different charger cables from other sites and find the cable doesn’t work after a week or so.I’m happy with the unbreakable charging cable so far.like the fact you get good guarantee with it.anything goes wrong can return it
