Expensive and Didnt fix my problem
The manual for my printer said that replacing this unit would fix the ghosting I was experiencing. Unfortunately it was an expensive unit that did NOT fix the ghosting. I will have to now pay to have the unit worked on.. sigh.

needed this for printer at my work station at work. "refurbisher" offers 30-day warranty. unit lasted almost 75 days. i purchased the extended warranty for this item ... never got the email with the "warranty" information in it. lady at amazon custome service said she was having the info sent to me .. never arrived .. she gave me a phone number to call her back. it has been disconnected.apparently amazon, "altru print", and the warranty company all just wanted my money.still cannot accomplish my work tasks without having to bother other people to print what i need printed.jd walker, rph at lovoi & sons pharmacy in beaumont texas

Pretty simple ,fast, and worked great.
It was the exact fit and worked without a hiccup. I only wish I knew how to reset the counter for the maintenance kit.

Quality and Price.
I liked everything about this product. I had no problem whatsoever. Easy to install, all the parts were in perfect condition, and the machine I installed it in is working like a charm.
