Awesome chair for the price!
I've always wanted a gaming chair, and this is my first! I've used it for a week and a half, with about 20+ hours of game play....Pros;- I bought the white fabric chair, and it looks great! Material is top notch.- Took about 45min to assemble, was super easy.- I'm 6'3", and my head is level with the top of the chair. Not going to knock it for not being big enough, but if you're tall keep in mind the pillow may be at shoulder level. I just prop it on my shoulders and it works fine.-Speaking of pillows, the lumbar and headrest pillows are super comfy!- Shipping was fast, arrived 2 days earlyCons;- Wish there was a little more padding on the bottom of the seat, after 3+ hours it gets a little uncomfortable, might just need to break in a little more.

Absolutely Love this chair.
Absolutely Love this chair. The material is not the greatest. The holes in the mesh are kinda big so it's a little itchy at first. The more you sit in it, the material breaks in and feels softer. The black mesh cleans very well, and if you get a wet rag immediately after spilling on it, there should be no stains. The white (p)leather has started to darken from dust and dirt. It can be wipe with a wet rag to clean up a bit, but over time it will likely be permanently a couple shades darker. The wheels are good enough that I haven't felt the need to replace them. Pretty thick plastic. The arm rest twist and rise, but do not move forward or backward. The are made of like a stiff foam with some weird material draped over them to make them feel like textured plastic. Very nice. Doesn't hurt the arms the go over the edge like many other arm rests. The attachments to the chair are not best. I'm not too heavy so they haven't bent on me, but someone heavier leaning on the arms too much would likely bend the metal. Pillows are decent probably the weakest part. Back pillow just doesn't feel like it fits very well but is firm enough. The head/neck pillow is quite nice, but the one that came with the chair had it's elastic band falling apart within a month. The manufacturer did send me a replacement and I have had no problems since, grade-a service. The frame seems sturdy enough for someone my size, 5'8, 135 lb, small waist and shoulders. Someone bigger might notice the swiveling being rickety. Also, on the heavier side, probably the result of the solid frame and mechanisms. The wheel frame looked cheap but is actually made of very thick plastic and I think unlikely to break. The bottom does not have the greatest cushioning, and after a couple months is already stating to mold to the shape of my butt. Still comfortable, but some might want to put a cushion on the bottom. Also, the bottom has these weird slits and the are a magnet for dirt, food, screws and everything else, try not to spill and clean them often. The wings on the side have not been an issue for me at all. I don't spread my legs very wide, but I do have bigger hips. I don't think this was mentioned in the description, but the chair does have both a reclining and rocking function. The rocking mechanism is not the best, but works and has no major issues. It doesn't lock at angles and the rocking is not the smoothest and for me would squeak. It's also pretty stiff so if you are on the smaller side like me, you might have trouble getting it to rock past more then about 15*. It also has a reclining mechanism. Can go to about 170*. At the farthest angle you do risk it tipping, especially if you are heavier than me, or have the rocking mechanism not locked. The notches for locking the back feel a little loose. Fine for now, but after a good life, the back will likely start slipping when changing the position. The swivel on the chair is fine except for recently it has started to inconsistently have a really bad screech. The chair also just sits on top of the wheel frame, so it can sometimes just slide out when picking it up, but it does have some pressure holding it in. The back of the chair does not have the greatest cushion, though I only notice when feeling with my hand. When sitting in it, because of the pillows I have had no comfort issues with the back. The neck pillow does not quite sit well, might just be because I am middle height so putting it lower is too low and putting on the top is too high. The wings on the back are less agreeable that the bottom ones. My shoulders fit nicely, but I find that I either have to squeeze my arms in the middle with my chest, or have them hanging over the wings which is uncomfortable the way they rest on the edges. It has gotten better with time as the (p)leather softens. Lastly assembly. Putting it together was a little confusing, the instructions are not the best the pieces are a kinda heavy. It can be done alone but requires some work. Would recommend having a second person assist. Once you get the back and bottom cushions together, it's much easier, and if you mounted it too, you should have no trouble with the rest on your own. I would absolutely recommend this chair.

Great Customer Service, but Not the Chair For Me
This chair looks great, is a really good build for the price, and maybe really comfortable for some people. However, I'm a slim guy and this doesn't work for me.Positives: The seat is comfortable enough to where I didn't feel much pain in my butt or legs when sitting for long periods. The chair is really well made for the price point, which is quite surprising.Negatives:Firstly, the arms are too far apart and do not adjust inwards to put my relaxed arms in a comfortable position.Secondly, these race chairs have the curved sides of the back and seat that do not really work for putting your arms straight to your side or spreading your legs out. You're met with jagged, hard humps that do not allow it. So trying to rest my arms to my side as I hold a game controller at my PC is very uncomfortable. The reason I give this 4 stars is because I had a part malfunction and their customer service was great in sending a new one right away. Also, the aforementioned gripes may not be gripes for some people, but I like the ability to spread my limbs out and adjust my position, and I can't do that in this chair, as all race chairs have these flaws, so I can't dock points for that.

Nice chair but
I do like the chair. Compared to the styling of the other chairs from GTRACING, this is more muted without the extra SPEED lettering. The head and the lumbar support pillows are good and offer enough adjustment to be comfortable when the back is reclined or pushed forward. The back adjustment is awesome. I can take naps in the chair without any discomfort. The "but" is the smell. This chair had a very strong chemical smell. This smell was so strong it made it quite irritating to my lungs and I could feel my liver having to filter out the poisons. If I could have just set the chair to outgas its smell in my garage for a month before using it, I would have been much happier.

Could be improved on but good for the price.
For the price it's a great chair. The install was easy and the instructions were easy to follow. The "butt" cushion is nice and cushiony and allows me to either work at my desk or game for hours without getting fatigue. Especially with the removable lumbar and neck cushion... oh boy could I sleep in this chair. My only complaint would be the armrest. My first complaint would be that their a hard form and I would like them to be a bit thicker and softer. And my second is that they don't slide back and forth. Just up/down and swivel side to side.Other than that I would still recommend this chair to anyone looking to upgrade or get it as a first chair.

Great chair and customer service
I ordered 2 of these chairs and ended up returning 1 because it wasn’t quite what I was looking for. My brother absolutely loves the chair though and found it perfect for what he wanted. He’s had no issues with it at all.The customer service and response time was amazing for my return process. They made it very straight forward and did not fault me for some damage cause on the return.

Really great chair, I ordered the black and white one
Really great chair, I ordered the black and white one. Easy to construct. Quality material and really comfy, and holds lots of weight. I would highly recommend, probably one of the best gaming chairs you can get for this price or even higher. :)
