A GREAT Strap product !!! but Amazon did a crappy shipping job !
I had watched a car show on PERFORMANCE TV (Velocity Channel) in MAY of 2018 and was introduced to the Stryder line of straps to secure loads in a vehicle. I reached out to Stryder directly and was told that they would be available soon. As soon as they became available I ordered them from Amazon. Luckily the Stryder Straps are built TANK TOUGH and made it thought the bad shipping in flying colors. I will say one thing if it survived this then it passed the first test. I have used these to secure a small generator in the back of my HONDA using the anchor points in the back of the car and it works perfectly. The self storing spool keeps the belt in tact and easy to spool out. The ratcheting system keep it taught and no movement and is relatively easy to use once you see the "How To" videos on Stryders website. I look forward to using the product in the future and see how it fairs with different loads etc. I did reach out to the company with some questions and the response was great and interaction and support is stellar. Scam
I think they purposely make you think they’re auto retractable. By what others are saying I’m not the only one who thought they were. I really need to start reading the reviews to avoid these scams.

Work great
I hate dealing with extra strap & storing straps in a big knotted mess. These are convenient & fix those issues. Can be difficult to loosen when tight because the assembly blocks one of the latches.

Not an automatic retractable
This is not an automatic retractable, you have to manually use your fingers to reel it in.There are better ones out there don’t wast your money on them.
