A bargain at twice the price
I bought this on a whim as I'd not purchased a Ganzo in years. Well, this may be my favorite. The Axis-style lock works well, especially after a fair bit of use and fiddling...relaxed but still tight. The blade has some weight and really flies around. The out of the box edge was push cut sharp, and after a fair amount of around the yard hard use it is still going strong with a few stroppings. I love it. The one knit pick is the clip feels cheaper than most Ganzos; it doesn't have that much tension. But, I've not had problems with retention. It's a cheap, robust, and fairly fidgetable knife with better than expected steel performance. Get one.

Almost perfect
FB 7601-BKAnother great creation by Ganzo Knives.Large sturdy very well made pocket knife.Materials are great, fit and finish fantastic, however the detent is very strong (which will keep knife from opening inadvertently) with that being said, this knife is by no means effortless to deploy. (Some may actually appreciate that fact) axis bar lock is good and functions well, however the thumb studs which are very well done smooth and work well with this knife, it is going to be more difficult to sharpen properly than a knife without thumb studs.Blade shape and grind are done very well, slicey for the sturdy blade thickness at the spine.Scales are nice and shaped well as this knife size is made for larger hands, fits very well in my hands with no weird pinch points.Knife would be a great addition to anyone's collection and would shine in bushcraft campsite situation, sturdy enough to shave wood yet slicey enough for campsite kitchen work.If this model had a flipper tab instead of thumb studs it would be near petfect (G729 model is near perfect too, but needs a 20CV blade with that tall blade and possibly a hollow grind) and if Ganzo could make the flat grind from the spine to the edge or hollow grind for that matter, would make this knife a even better slicer. For the money this is a fantastic Knife.Great work once again Ganzo the FB 7601 is a real winner[UPDATE] 11-21-2023Ganzo 7601 is my favorite everyday carry!Sharpens beautifully to razor sharpIve put this knife through warehouse work cutting boxes plastic strapping zipties rope cord kitchen/camping duties and the occasional fish.No rust discoloration pitting etc etc.GREAT KNIFE ! Buy it you wont be disappointed.

A solid knife, with a bit of a 'break in' period.
Okay, I like knives. I have a few and wanted a cheap new knife. I watched some YouTube videos, and this model seemed to get good marks. So, I ordered one and started playing with it upon arrival. The action was pretty stiff out of the box. It was also very sharp out of the box. After messing around with it for a few days, I took it to a friend's house. He applied some Benchmade knife oil on it. After more messing with the knife, it has seemed to 'break in' a bit. This is a good knife for the money. It's a bit heavy. But, it's solid. This would be a good gift for a knife fan. I feel like this would be a decent knife for hiking or backpacking. I like the 'snap' when you flick it open.I'm not as skilled at this type of deplyoment as I am, say a 'flipper' knife. But, I have confidence that this Ganzo will do what I need it to do. Go ahead and grab one. They are fun to play with.

Great with a few fixes
Not gonna go too in depth a review, but wanted to share my findings after having this blade a while. Nice ergonomics on the handle, comfortable, nice deep carry pocket clip, smooth in and out of pocket, solid lockup, action is super smooth. 3 things I feel you should know before buying:1. I was getting into my car and the pocket clip hooked the door jam or whatever and bent out. Like 45 degrees off the knife. Not a big deal, took the handle off and bent it back down a little past and it’s stayed just fine since. Probably just a random incident that you might not encounter but something to consider2. I bought one for me and gave another to a friend, on both examples the stop pin machining on the thick inner section was ever so slightly thinner in width than the gap between the liners, causing a tiny rattle when closed. Took it apart and added a bit of loctite where the pin inserts into the liners just to fill the minute space and it hasn’t rattled since.3. Without loctite the pivot screw loosens up relatively quickly with some use and inevitable fidget flipping. Blue loctite and it hasn’t loosened over the many times I’ve flipped it open and closed since. If I remember right I tightened the pivot as much as possible and still drop shuts with no noticeable blade play any directionAll in all, I haven’t used it extensively but so far it seems to be a solid knife, and the quirks are easily remedied with a little diy. (Especially for $20)

Good Quality
This is about what you need to spend on a good carry knife. Looks much more detailed and finished than price indicates. The steels are well tempered, the feel and grip is confidence and comfort. No play or slop in the blade which is locking bar etc. I have seen improvements in harmonicas from China and see the same thing here with folding knives like the Firebirds etc. Good value.

Great Value
Just wanted an extra knife that I wouldn't mind losing or damaging on a hike or camping trip. The initial impression is that hand ergonomics, size, blade shape, and sharpness exceed my expectations. This knife is a bit on the larger size, so I wouldn't recommend it for kids or as a work/EDC blade.I can't yet speak to the knife's durability or its ability to hold an edge, but if you don't see a revision within a year of this post, then assume it held up fairly well.

Contundente y segura
The media could not be loaded.
