Soojun Women's Traditional Japanese Kimono Style Robe Yukata Costumes

I'm pretty much a size XS/SM, this fit more like a medium. I actually like that the kimono is a bit larger cuz its the length I was hoping for. The only thing, the belt is WAY too big, like I tried pinning it but its still too large , might have to cut the foam out and use it to tie around my waist instead.

I ordered the kimono/ yukata robe for our Halloween party at work days ago. I got a lot of compliments from the staff and guests that I look great in it. They call me “Best in Costume”. I am 5 ft. and 110 lbs. The robe generally is one size fits all. Just FYI to the petite sizes like me, make sure you have safety pins handy. I had to use a safety pin to make sure my cleavage is covered (unless you have a shirt or a camisole underneath the kimono/ yukata). From the waist down, I had to put a couple of safety pins to make sure my thighs are secured/ covered when I’m walking or sitting down (unless you’re wearing leggings underneath then you’re okay). I also put some more safety pins at the back of the belt to adjust its waist size. I gave this product 5 stars because of 2 things: (1) The price is not bad at all. (2) What sells this kimono/ yukata robe are the design itself and it’s vibrant colors. Because of this, my co worker wants to order one for herself in another color. This kimono/ yukata robe is worth recommending to anyone.

I had a vision for a summer wedding outfit. I had seen a bold color satin robe over a black tube top on tv awhile ago and was hunting for the perfect kimono to execute that style. Not only did I think it would be a good costume worse case scenario but I thought it would be a nice cover up for a formal event with the right dress underneath. I had ordered one that was 3 times the price and you could tell it was straight up polyester unlike this one that gives you that orient satin feel. I’m very specific on my materials. I want a bargain but I rather pay more for something not to feel cheap. The only thing that made the other one better was the art design but not the material. That one ended up going back. The only thing I didn’t like about this one was the little trim that was around the neckline. It looked cheesy being white and golden yellow. I ended up cutting it to complete my look.

Was nice for daughter's school report presentation. Very pretty, but had to cut lits of excess strings off throughout whole outfit, and restitch velcro bands as they started coming apart just after trying on ( stitches were not locked in or finished in a few spots, easy fixes for me though) . I researched sizes quite a bit before purchasing, as I have heard some tend to run small. This one fit her fine fir her frame at 5 ft and average size. She had many compliments. Was shipped quickly and in time. Thank you.

The fabric texture and pattern are nice. But it is Size Large or over, while it cannot cover lower legs. The inner white shirt exposes too much so that it looks like turtle neck.The stitches are poor. It is costumes, not Traditional Japanese Kimono.

have no idea how they made it look good on the model. i'm slender and well-proportioned, so the fact that it's ill-fitting is definitely not because of fat or scrawny issues. it's just badly made.

I'm sorry to have return this robe. It is just too big for my granddaughter. What a lovely robe! The material was very good, felt like it would be much more expensive. Well made, also. This is well worth the money for anyone.

Absolutely beautiful quality Kimono. Looked official. It was sooo pretty.
