Awesome purchase, and product!
Received the item within a matter of days, and got it programmed and it works perfectly!! Would buy again and suggest to anyone who doesn't want to pay a fortune at the dealer.

Mixed results
We lost one of our original keys and the other stopped working at the same time (fixed under warranty). I bought two of these so I would have a backup. My results were mixed. My automotive locksmith could not program these. Fortunately he did not charge me. I took this to my dealership. They were able to program one, but not the other. Also, the key security light on the dash stays on (not sure if related to this replacement key).So one worked, one did not. The physical backup key works fine. I also tested the 'touch' start feature (when the fob battery dies) and it works great. If you do buy this, I would recommend taking it to Mazda service, rather than using an automotive locksmith. I was charged $99 for programming and $5 for the key cut, for a grand total of $156.02 for one key. I probably saved some money. Just a bit of advice: I recommend you have them try to program the fob before cutting the key, to make sure it works. If it doesn't work, you can just return it. Even better advice. Don't lose your key(s).I will return the key that wouldn't program.

It does really work with Mazda, just no logo on fob
Came as advertised. I paid just for labor at dealer. It works as an original fob.

Worked with no problems
We just bought a 2017 Mazda 6 which came with one key. Dealers were quoting $300+ for a single replacement. My local locksmith programmed the remote/car for $45.00. Took a bit longer than expected since apparently Mazda is involved in the programming. Still, I got it programmed the same afternoon that the key arrived.Just be careful to match FCC ID numbers, found on the inside of the fob by removing the emergency key.

If you don't mind getting error displayed all the time.
SO I got this key fob and asked the dealership to configure it. They did it and it works but it started displaying error on the gauge. Initially I ignored it as the key was working but over the time this become annoying. Finally I went to dealership and got a genuine key from them. So I was trying to save money and it costed me more than twice what I was trying to save. CX 5 2017 GT. I was told by Dealership that these generic key cause issues like this and also they damage RF sensor.
