I would recommend this product. It is just what I was looking for to make my homemade gluten free bread. It works great in my recipe. There was a confusion with my order first with the cost of shipping and that was my fault. Second I received only half my order and so I contacted the Bgreen and they took care of that immediately above what I expected. They seem to be a company that really cares for their customers.

I basically can't eat most grain. But millet is ok so far. I make bread and muffins out of it. They come out great. It's got a less sweet flavor than wheat flour, as I recall, but you can add sugar if it's an issue. I also made pancakes with them. It would take a little getting used to if you're used to wheat flour, but this flour is as easy to work with as any other gluten free flour and is soft and can be made light.

Most delicious pancakes I've ever made was with the Millet flour! The best and healthiest alternative to wheat flour.

Use this flour to cut down the amount of rice flour I use in my recipes and still get a good result!
