I love this candy. Flavorful and the filling is really good. Good value for the money. I don’t find them too thick. They are just right .....perhaps too big for a young child.

These were just what I was looking for. I quit smoking three months ago but still chew gum and eat hard candies, I wanted something fruit flavored. These are really good. And I like the chewy middle.

I had a friend who's Grandma use to always have these in a little candy dish which we would sneak into once in awhile. Grandma was from Lithuania and I suppose these were something she bought in that country when she lived there because they are European and were imported here. They have chewey fruit centers and rather thin hard candy coating. Good, but not quite as wonderful as they use to be. It's not just because of the circumstances of memories as much as it is that quality is deminished on most things over the years. They use to be wrapped in paper and were a bit smaller in size.

I previously ordered these old fashioned oval shaped hard candies with filling. I went on Amazon and clicked on "buy again" on the candies I previously ordered , and the same candies were NOT delivered. The ones I received were thin and rectangular shaped with hardly any filling at all inside.

Have ordered these for years but for some reason the latest shipment had less fruit filling then at other times - hope its a fluke because one of our favorites!
