Caramel Cob Classic, 3.75-Ounce Packages (Pack of 18)

Way to sweet for me, buy when I heated them in the Micro it was good.I think I am mire of a fan of the kettle corn

I moved from Texas to Ohio a few weeks ago and happened to run across these at a local farmer's market. I bought one solely because I thought the packaging was cute and I love popcorn balls and this is essentially a popcorn ball shaped like an ear of corn. I've searched far and wide for good store bought popcorn balls and usually couldn't find them until around Halloween and even then they were sub par. Same goes for up here, the only place I could find these was at a farmer's market where they were selling them for $3 a pop! So until now I was stuck making my own which is really a pain. As soon as I sunk my teeth into one of these I was in love. The popcorn is rich, buttery, and delicious, they are oozing with caramel which is exactly how I like it but surprisingly they aren't overly sweet. Everything about these is just right, the crunch, the sweetness, the softness, the butteriness, everything is just perfect. I raved to my husband about how awesome they were but how I couldn't find them anywhere besides that one place but they still were over priced and he surprised me by buying me this 18pk. I'm going to have to pace myself and not eat them all in one day which I could certainly see myself doing with how delicious they are. Now I must add that this stuff is soft and very caramely so if you are looking for the crunchy caramel corn that comes in the holiday tins, this is not what you want to buy.

I'm in love! My husband brought me a Caramel Cob from Utah while on a business trip - he thought it would be a fun little gag gift. He was so wrong - one bite and I was in love with the soft, sweet, buttery caramel corn shaped like an ear of corn. I was immediately hooked and went (a little) nuts looking for Caramel Cob in Las Vegas. I even called Caramel Cob headquarters but they weren't able to find a distributor in town for me. I went to the next best place - Amazon! I found Caramel Cob on Amazon and it was a much better buy and it was also shipped for free. When my box of 18 Caramel Cobs arrived it was difficult to pace myself and eat only one a day. And as for sharing, well, let's just say, if you can find out where I've hidden them you deserve to have one!One of the best ways to eat Caramel Cob is to open the top of the wrapper and heat it in the microwave for about 15 seconds - the caramel softens a bit and the warm buttery taste will make you swoon. Don't miss an opportunity to fall in love!

I read multiple reviews prior to purchasing this product. Most all of them RAVED about this product, so I was really anxious to receive the shipment so I could try for myself! What a letdown!! They aren't at all crunchy... You could kindly call them "soft and chewy" or describe them as they seemed to me, more "tough and spongy". After eating part of one, I threw the rest of that one away. Then I gave the other 17 in that box and another whole box of 18 away {As I said, I was impressed with the reviews I had read and kind of over-bought!!). The general feedback I got was maybe 50-50. Some liked them, but alot had the same opinion as I did. The actual taste was OK... it was the texture that killed them for me... Just one opinion from Oregon.

This is the most fun way to spend the Holidays eating one of these wonderful chewy caramel popcorn cob shaped treat.Think popcorn ball shaped into a corn cob husk, then zap it for 10 -15 seconds in microwave..these come in a very heavy duty cute plastic bag that has the corn cob husk decorated on the front with chewy yummy caramel treat inside This is HUGE its a two person treat per bag..and is it yummy the caramel molasses flavor is wonderful..nothing fake its all good.when i bit into it i got a rush of when my Grandma made caramel corn..this is The Walton's, Mayberry, Little house on the prairie .memories taste sensation..ITS the perfect size for you Christmas Stockings , pop a mini bow on them and pass em out at your Christmas party..these are wonderful, fresh, yummmy..Once you have eaten one of these Carmel Cob popcorn treats you will never go back to boring old dried out popcorn balls again..Get a case and hide some for yourself.. wink..

Purchased these as almost a joke - they seemed weird and fun. They are weird and fun but taste marvelous. They are bigger than what I thought - they are the size of a fresh ear of corn. Each ear has a lot of corn, almost like a bag of popcorn was pressed into a corn shape. The caramel has a great taste, and is chewy. I don't recommend that you eat these right out of the package - they are chewy but super difficult to just bite into them and rip off a piece - it can be done, but heating is much better. I think the wrapper says to open one end and heat for 15 seconds - that makes all the difference. It is a warm chewy mess that is awesome - nice!

My review will probably resemble those of other reviewers. I first came across "Carmal Corn Cobs" in our grocery store. I also wished that I had purchased more. I could not find them there again, and was told it was a seasonal item. I figured that looking on Amazon might produce a result. I sent took to my daughters family in New Mexico. They love them, and now, always ask for them. They cannot find them where they live. I orders some and have them shipped to her family for holidays and birthdays. My daughter is hooked on them. They are soft and chewey, and I perfer that over hard and crunchy. I hope the Amazon source does not dry up.

I was craving some old fashioned pop-corn balls, and ordered a full box of these. These are just too sweet, too sticky and too caramelly for me. I was disappointed about that. I gave away the box.
