It looks very nice in our guest room and feels so nice to the touch. It looks clean and neutral (I got the ivory/beige color) with just enough variation with it's beige and ivory pattern. This is an affordable alternative to the much more expensive Dash & Albert rugs. Highly recommend!I used "Non Slip Washable Grippers for Rug, “Vacuum TECH”" which I purchased here on Amazon to secure the rug corners to the wood floor. I'm giving 4 out of 5 stars because the rug is not quite 8 x 10. It's actually 7.4 x 10.Be mindful that this is a cotton rug. I don't expect it to hold up very well to stains or wear and tear for the long run, but the price works for me to give it a try in a low traffic room. I would not use a cotton rug in a dining room or high traffic location. I'd invest in a more durable option in those areas.

I bought this for my tent floor and I will get several more. Its thick and made of cotton. Has no chemical smell and its easy to roll and store. I dont know how it fares on bare floor surfaces.

I bought this rug solely because it doesn't have a backing stuck on with toxic glues, it is 100% cotton. I recently purchased a wool rug from Target that claimed it was natural materials but they forgot to mention the backing and glue and when I opened the package, the smell filled the house, I immediately returned it. I am sensitive to smells and chemicals and this rug had ZERO smell. It is thin but soft. I nearly purchased a runner 4x the cost of this one with the same navy & ivory pattern but I wasn't sure I'd like the look and bought this one to try out first. It slides like crazy across hardwood but that's the price you pay for avoiding the VOCs and toxins leaching into the air from typical rugs, I'll figure that out if it becomes a major issue. I like it enough that I'm about to order two more to replace the runner down my stairs into the basement. Thanks!

REVISED: 2-7-21 Just as described and looks like the photo on the listing. Its heavy enough to say put (unless you have 3 Great Danes, then forget about ANY rug staying in place) its washable (Great Dane owners know this is a no-brainer) and it looks fancy for thirty five bucks! Love it so far, but I just put in down yesterday sooooo I'll update if I remember. It'll take a beating from the Danes for sure.. a true test LOLIt took me a while but I remembered to add an update, so the carpet has been washed at least seven or eight times, as I mentioned previously I have three great Danes, the rug is in the kitchen where we spend 90% of our awake time LOL. It gets slobber, food, grease, foot prints...the works in it, it gets dirty and I flip it over to save me some laundry time. I attached the photos after about seven or eight washings (I just literally throw it in the washer and lay flat to dry) and it still looks brand new after washing! I love love love this it’s the best rug purchase by far!! (My Black Great Dane is such a photo-bomber!)

We absolutely love this rug runner. It is well constructed, with lovely patterns and details. The softness and thickness are perfect for kitchen use. Highly recommended.

While this is a soft and pretty rug with the exact colors and pattern that I needed for a living room update, I am utterly let down by the quality and lack of longevity.First, if you have pets at all-this is not the rug for you. My gentle and well groomed golden walked on it once in a trot, and managed to pull threads out. Even the gentlest and lowest setting on a vacuum cleaner makes threads come out. You can not clean it, and the cotton gets dirty pretty quickly if it is in any usable room at all. I have had this rug down on the floor for less than 3 months, and it look ragged as if it’s been thee for years. The quality and longevity is simply lacking. I am about to have to wash it, and I am sure that I will likely end up having to throw it away immediately after that. Even with the gentlest of use and care ( we do not wear shoes inside, and I always vacuum on the gentlest and lowest setting, this rug is already looking like trash. And not cheap trash, either. Durability: zero. Value for the price, zero. Pretty, but no substance.

I love this rug! I got the large one. It lays and stays on carpet so well. We moved into a house 12 years ago that had white carpet. It's not so white anymore. This has brightened my room! I have vacuumed it several times. It's very easy it doesn't get sucked up and it hasn't started to fray. I'm very happy with this. I had bought one before that I had to return to ups store. That was a hassle so I'm glad I didn't have to return this one.
