Hard to beat for the price
The Aero bars came well packaged in the box. While the instructions weren't step by step, installation seemed pretty self explanatory. I was able to easily tighten them down to my bike, and haven't had any issues with movement. All the part are aluminum, minus the padding, and nicer then the pair I had on my previous bike. It is well marked on side of tubes to help measure and get bars to match. It would be nice to have markings around tube to be able to help line up their rotation, but overall fit well. Took a few alignment rides to dial in the best fit, but everything is still tight and secure. Pads are comfortable and secure, but I wonder if they will last long term.

Lasted a week
I wrote the review below after using it a week and gave it 3 stars. I'm dropping it to 1 star because I tried to retighten the bracket and the cheap hex bolt sheared in half. It's now useless.Bear in mind, brand name aero bars cost around $100. You're not going to get the same quality for $30. However, these are an ok economy model/value option.I bought these for my hybrid bike. Compared to the higher end bars I have on my road bike, the downsides are:1) the brackets aren't machined well. The threads didn't line up exactly; so it took some muscle to install and probably won't come off without breaking/being stripped. I also had to use some electrical tape to get one bar right enough.2) the bars are a little short. Grip would be better if it was a couple inches longer.

Not so happy after repeated use.
After my first review at the bottom, I believe these are going back. The right pad that supports the elbow keeps getting loose. I have tightened it multiple times, nonetheless, because of the force it receives from the elbow keeps releasing the screw. I guess they should have used a counterclockwise thread so it compensates with the received force. You indeed receive what you pay for. Aero bars can be very expensive. This is a budget option that works properly for what you are paying. I have to say that they are well built and nicely machined. I don't give them 5 stars simply because they are what they are.

Feel great
TL:DR These bars feel sturdy and do exactly what I need them to do. They installed easily with everything included in the box.I've got an old trek singletrack hybrid. It works perfectly for the terrain and length of rides I normally do, but I really wanted to get lower on my downhills. It seemed wasteful to investigate a whole new bike for something that's a small part of my rides. The aero bars were a great inexpensive solution. The bars don't feel cheap, they feel pretty darn solid in fact for downhills or just a position change. I was a bit worried based on other reviews that they'd shift around, so I also ordered some handlebar tape just in case. I didn't need the tape, however, because the bars were secure with everything in the box. If I were really pushing/pulling on them, they'd shift a little, but I don't need them to pull on.Very happy. Would recommend.

A complete POS! Pieces don’t fit together properly, no manual, missing fasteners, unusable!
These bars looked OK in the box, it when I unpacked them they were anything but. The holes in the mounts are too large to allow the bars to be tightened in place. The curve of the arm rests doesn’t match the curve of the mount so tightening them down distorts them. Needed bolts are missing. The “manual” is a single blurry picture and there is no website to provide more info. I could probably buy some fasteners, washers, and such, make shims from a Coke can or something, and McGyver these into place but I’d never feel confident in the result. Complete junk!

Screws are crap
This product could be good except for the quality of the materials. The clamps that grab the bars are aluminum, which is fine. The screws that tighten the clamps are made out of really weak metal (steel? it is magnetic). The torque specs are engraved on the fittings. I used a torque wrench to tighten the screws, but the heads of 2 of the 6 screws broke off before I got to the 8 Nm minimum specified torque. I was worried about the threads stripping in the aluminum, so I tightened very carefully... I did not expect the screws heads to twist off. Maybe if you buy quality metric screws and replace all the screws before you start, it might work. Now I have to try to get a headless screw out of a counterbored hole.Edit: I bumped this to 2 stars because they work great once I replaced the screws with higher quality versions. But then, most people will not want to do that. And the person that mentioned that the threads don't go deep enough into the clamps is correct - I had to use a metric bottoming machine tap to extend them a wee bit (and to repair damage from extracting the broken screw). One could use a shorter screw, I suppose. I think the screws provided are cheap stainless steel, I replaced them with high strength carbon steel, and it turns out that sweat+carbon steel = instant rust. I don't really care what they look like - they work fine and don't budge.
