Great UK edition (not the US edition)
Excellent. Beware though: this is the UK edition, whit measurements that account for dairy with higher fat content (you’ll need to increase milk and heavy cream quantities if you are un the USA, otherwise the ice cream won’t thicken enough in the machine). If you are in the US, buy the second book, edited in the US (don’t buy both, like I did; she only has one book out, but in a deceive way here is not made clear).

Ottimo per iniziare a produrre gelato
Ottimo libro per cimentarsi nella produzione di gelati puri e semplici, senza aggiunta di conservanti o additivi chimici.

Icecream lovers must have book
Absolutely obsessed with the book, so the book says yield is around 1 litre and that’s what I get roughly just depends on how you churn the icecream. The flavours are crazy good and I made 5 recipes and no issues.

Great flavours, inconsistent quantities
The recipes in this book are delicious, however at the start it says that each will yield around a litre of ice cream - I’ve found this to vary wildly from recipe to recipe, with the creme caramel and banana recipes, for example, producing less than 500ml. They all taste delicious so it’s ok, but annoying when you’re expecting double the end result!

The cucumber and sour cream recipe is delightful
Bought this as a gift for a friend having read a review I'm a guardian column. He loves it. He made the cucumber and sour cream recipe which the review recommended. We were both sceptical but it's absolutely delightful, just a hint of sweetness and so so refreshing (you won't believe it until you try it)So many of the recipes sound gorgeous
