A Challenge To Set Up But Interesting
Definitely quality. There is play in the fasteners because it is needed in order to fine tune the aim of whatever optic is being used. Not only is the height and lateral adjustment needed, but also the vertical and horizontal angle of the mount. A bow is not like a rifle.It is an interesting project. After a few months now it is still not completely clear if this is the best way but it might. In that the bow this mount is attached is bilateral, it has been fun trying a red dot sight along with a conventional archery sight.

This product is fantastic, and costs much much less than the only other quality alternative I had found (the Trijicon unit fro SWFA, at over $225). It works well. I have a Trijicon ACOG reflex sight on a Hickory Creek vertical inline crossbow - it's deadly accurate, and no parallax with that sight and mount combo.

Try this before you try pins or replace pins.
precision & quality made, fits on bow good. Had my own dot sight.No sights to line up, no spot weld. I had better luck with reflex sight than tube dot. Highly recommend.
