We purchased two Ruko U11MINI 4K drones with Camera, including three batteries each. We had one up and flying quickly and it was easy to set up and we were able to get some great photos. The quality of the drone and the photos were excellent. These drones are a really great value for the price. The remote control was user friendly and the drone was easy to maneuver. The second drone we purchased had two batteries that didn't hold a charge and upon reaching out to customer service, they were extremely helpful. We sent a video showing the two batteries that were defective and they immediately responded and are sending a replacement. We would highly recommend this drone!

I purchased my Ruko U11MINI 4K in December 2025. It was the first drone I ever had that wasn’t a toy. The drone itself came exactly as advertised with a very sturdy and well-made, carrying case. The first time I flew it I was a little nervous at first, but Ruko turned out to be easy and fun to fly. For those wanting an entry level camera drone, I highly recommend this product. After I had flown the drone four or five times, and after a controlled landing of the drone in my backyard, one of the four propellers stopped functioning. I contacted the Ruko customer support and spoke to two different technicians. Both calls were satisfactory and the second technician clearly referred to notes from my conversation with the first. Through customer service I arranged to get a replacement drone. This kind of customer service is very rare and exceptional. Ruko is a quality company selling excellent products and providing outstanding customer service. They have my highest recommendation.

The Ruko U11Mini 4K was a present for my 12 year old son. It is very easy to use although the thickness of the manual was definitely scary :). The images it takes are absolutely amazing and it was able to hold its position incredible well in some windy conditions. The drone was very intuitive to use and we had a blast on our first outing. We purchased the kit that came with three batteries and upon receipt one of the batteries didn’t work (wouldn’t charge). Reached out to the company and they responded the same day with an offer to send a replacement battery immediately at their cost. Incredible quick and helpful customer service!! Looking forward to many more days flying the drone and capturing our outdoor adventures!

Great for starting and getting familiar with flying. Joysticks are sensitive, but still good to fly. No audio only bad part.

This is a great mini-drone for beginners! Its small size doesn’t require an FCC drone transponder. The quick start instructions are clear and easy to use. I flew it in about 10 MPH winds with gusts to 16MPH base as measured by my local weather station. Despite the small size, the drone compensated for the wind very well and flew with a little, but very manageable drift, even for a beginner flyer. This is very easy to go from package to flight, main steps are to make sure you charge at least 1 or 2 of the drone batteries, and the controller. The remote connects to your phone through a small cable inside the phone bracket. The installed cable is USB-C, but there are other cables for micro-USB and Apple Lightning. The remote side is USB-C. Once connected to your phone, you authorize a data connection and for Apple at lease, access to your photos library to save photos directly. I didn’t use and it doesn’t require a micro SD card, but one can be put in the drone for direct storage. The stabilized camera is absolutely required for good shots and video. This does exceptionally well and easily compensated for drone movement caused by wind gusts. The 4K camera provides excellent photos. The remote flight controls are simple and easy to learn. The package includes spare prop blades, screws and a small screwdriver, three drone batteries with USB-C charging cables, and spare joystick knobs. The normal set is stored in the bottom of the remote when not used. This is an excellent package in a very nice carrying case which easily stores the drone, batteries, and all accessories. This is my 4th Ruko drone - their customer service and support is outstanding! They quickly respond to any concerns or questions, and all their drones work very well, similar to this one. You do have to download a new Ruko Drone app for this new drone series (U11). I didn’t hesitate to buy from them again when I was looking for a smaller drone.

This particular product (Ruko U11 Mini 4K) fit my need for a <250gm drone particularly for the ease of travel and set up, with high resolution 4K videos as well as 8K photos. I was not looking for all the features of a highly 'regulated' expensive unit that oftentimes seems like a hassle. I am a RC plane and drone hobbyist for >20 yrs . I decided to give it a trial during a special sale period. I am surprised by it's flight stability and the ease of control. The pictures and videos were outstanding and comparable to my older more expensive 'higher' end model. After about 15 flights, on a return to home mode, it unexpectedly plunged down from about 70 ft high into a dirty pool of water. Structurely undamaged but it would not 'communicate' with the hand unit after I carefully cleaned and dried it out for a few days. I then contacted Ruko customer service via the app. Explained situation and sent in the log for the flight. Joyce (customer service representative) was appropriately apologetic and helpful in her timely responses. I was inquiring about purchasing a replacement unit only. But after review by their technical department, they offered to send me a refurbished replacement unit!! I was pleasantly surprised and have tested it this week with similar outstanding performance for this relatively inexpensive drone. I will update in the future after more flights and photography./videography. I am highly impressed by the responsive 5 stars customer service so far. Quite refreshing, as opposed to others I've dealt with previously.

This drone is bad ass. I've gone through 4 drones from different manufacturers in the last 6 months and none of them compare to my ruko. It is the most user friendly drone I have seen yet. Straight out of the box it is ready to use. The battery life is great. Over 30 minutes of flight time and it came with 3 batteries so over 90 minutes of flight time per outing. The only thing that It doesn't have that I wish it did is obstacle avoidance. Other then that it's great. It flies great even in the wind. Customer support is also great. I crashed my drone into a tree and it took a little fall and would not connect anymore. I called them up and they got me a replacement out right away. All and all I have nothing bad to say about my ruko drone and would and do recommend it to anyone in the market for a great drone for a great price.

I hardly ever write reviews, and mostly believe those who consistently do only find problems to nitpick at. I bought this drone for a project I need to survey some land and during the few times I've tested it it has worked without any issue. During a random spur of the moment trip this evening to catch a glimpse of where I work with the sun setting I sent the drone up, surveyed the area and sent it around another building, during this trip I experienced the only glitch I've had and the drone "returned to home" the screen display was frozen and I did not see the drone return, but upon finding it, it had crashed into the building and sustained some damage. Well Joyce from Ruko support responded to my message very late on a Sunday night and I could not be anymore impressed with a company and their support than I currently am with helping me solve the predicament I find myself in. The drone itself was very easy to learn to use, conmected quickly to the remote/my phone and provides one of the longer flight times I've found of any drone for any dollar amount. Needless to say I am incredibly impressed with the product and even more so with the company.
