It depends on how wings are attached. This beautiful feather cape sits right on the shoulders & ties in front. I wouldn't want any angel shoulder straps crushing the cape feathers.

You can flip it so the color doesn’t show. But it does come with an extra piece of fabric and extra feathers that could be considered a collar

The feathers are not itchy. It’s basically a choker with a stiff cape. The ribbon around your neck might get a little uncomfortable outside but overall, it’s pretty light and comfortable. Might lose some feathers though if it’s windy.
