This unit currently is not available so cannot find or contact supplier for a replacement probe (getting HHH) error. I read and I am very family with the do's and don't regarding care. Found a similar product going by a different product name - the one I have is ANVS and the similar product is Govee (identical and cheaper almost 6.00$). Replacement probes that I have located range from 9$ too 15$ and more BUT not sure if compatible (should be - but cannot be sure). I have seen one for as little as 2.50$ but again no info on quality - you get what you pay for. You can purchase a new unit or even a different one for the same price of replacement probe(s).

Good quality and value
I have used this twice now,in my electric smoker. The quality is good, the pieces are sturdy. I was a little puzzled as the two probes looked the same instead of a shorter straight one as illustrated. However I used both probes one for inside the roast / turkey and the other for the ambient temperature and they worked fine. I would recommend this product to family and friends.

The directions that came with it describe different sensors, one strait and one bent. I have 2 bent. I used it once so far, and was unable to program it, properly. The wireless part works well.I will give it another try.

Love this device!
I love cooking. It is very convenient to have this kitchen device. My favor feature on this device is the loud alarm to alert me since I always do many things at the same time. The large size LCD screen could be also made me very convenient to read. Easy to use and love it.

Good stuff
Great value and seeming accurate. Like the dual easy to read display. Intermittent contact with base unit inside kitchen thru two walls @80ft, no big deal, cold beer outside.
