Arrived quickly. Fantastic ingredient in Indian food. A suggested alternative is to use extra cinnamon, but dagarfull has a distictively beautiful smell and taste. Well worth getting some. Share with a friend if there's too much. Remember to remove the stalks.

Dagarful absolutely makes Rick Stein's dish, adding a perfumed note I can only describe as 'like incense'. Do not be tempted to substitute cinnamon as suggested, it is nothing like the proper spice.
