This was a poorly made product because it didn't work consistently. After having it for 10 minutes it stopped working. I took it apart and reassbled it and it worked again . . . for 5 minutes. It's seems like the filter needs to be touching the silver plate in order to diffuse the water. The problem is that the filter slides down consistently. Anyway, I needed a reliable product and this was not one.

Bought this diffuser for a small office (120sq ft). Having the USB connection was great, hooking it up to the CPU at work. It infused the room within 10 minutes. The water receptacle was handy but it is top heavy so I put to whole device into another container to stabilize. The one major factor for not receiving a full 5 star rating is that after 2 weeks it stopped working. I will be returning this item, it may have been made poorly.

Works great in office diffuses oils well need to put in bigger cup otherwise refilling frequently

The term "aromatherapy diffuser" is highly misleading, and is NOT mentioned on the product's Manual. The actual product's User Manual does NOT permit the use of oil with this product, unless the water is used. Unlike other products that diffuse oil into the air with waterless nebulizer technology, this one is NOT designed for it at all, although it makes the appearance that it can be "either-or". It appears that one may add the flavor of essential oil to the water that is to be evaporated to increase the air humidity. But, in fact, the wiring of the product is dangerously exposed to water and can likely cause much trouble.

This did not work - I pitched it. They were willing to refund me, but I don't do post offices well. This was a piece of junk. But their service was good. LET ME BE CLEAR - they were very willing to refund me.

great stream and easy to use

This stopped working within 2 weeks of sporadic use. I was able to return it without a problem. Do not recommend as it appears to not be built to last.

Disappointed!!!!I was so excited to receive it today and hopeful that the negative reviews were just isolated issues... but it doesn't work! I even used bottled water since it mentioned somewhere to use "clean" water free of metals and such. I can tell is on because there is a light coming from it but nothing is happening. It's been on for a few minutes. I was so looking forward to having this for my car and office. I guess now I have to go through the trouble of returning it. Not happy.
