This bullion is absolutely magical. Worth every penny! Healthy and very, very flavorful with less salt, garbage, and nastiness than regular bouillon. All good ingredients – I will be buying again!

I have been a lifelong vegetarian. Often I smell or see things that other people are eating that I wanted a craving and wondering what they taste like. I purchased this for use in a ramen dish. I was instantly pleased with the flavor, and how easily it dissolved in the water. My next trick will be making broccoli with tofu. It also is very good for cooking rice in just for a change of flavor. It is a little bit salty, but I like salt.

I bought this no beef boullion because I was preparing a stew for Vegan friends and the recipe called for it. They loved the stew and were pleased that this ingredient was used. I tried the stew too and it was good but I have to admit that adding beef would have been better. Once a carnivore…..
