I had written a review previously where I had purchased two of these cameras because the first one worked so well.... I had written a comment that when I switched from motion to long term record and back to motion record only that two of my cameras that I had had stopped working.. Well when the company saw my review ... it was told to me that it might have been a bad batch and with great customer service, they had immediately refunded one of them and then sent me replacements as well. the ones that I have been using now for a while have worked fine.. I like that I just pop the sd card into the reader into my computer and I can see whatever happened. I do have one on continuous record that actually records in five minute segments . and then I have the other one set to motion .. and they have not given me any issues... I am really impressed with the customer service and the prompt reply to make things right .. I would definitely recommend this company and product if you need more discreet cameras to record for you ... . they blend in and look like chargers . again two thumbs up

I almost spent Thousands of dollars installing a security camera system at a second home that I own with ADT. I would of have to pay monthly fees on top of that too….and maintain a active wifi internet system too. This camera costs about $40 a camera, and a good memory card cost about $20…..so for $60 a unit, I spent $300 installing 5 cameras……instead of $3000 to install 5 ADT cameras. No, I dont get real time alerts, but I dont need real time alerts so for me it works fine, for a fraction of what I was going to spend. ADT has monthly fees on top of that too. With these camera’s …all your videos stay in your control on your memory card, and there are no monthly fees and you dont even need a Internet wifi system to run these cameras….just insert the memory card, plug it into a outlet and you are Done - Easy Peasy. To review the video recordings pull out the card and use your laptop, computer, or device to see the recorded videos stored on the card. A card reader device comes w the camera too. If you don’t need Real time alerts on the motion detector….this is the Best option ever. AND no one will know its a recording camera cause it looks only like a phone charger device….epic good product !!!!!

The review I submitted below was not for this item. It was for a very similar looking item from a different seller. I wish I had been able to to change it sooner. This item worked as advertised and DID NOT HAVE UNACCEPTABLE user agreement. I only gave it 4 stars because the record continuous option gave me many short videos that made it much harder to efficiently check. One long video I could fast forward would be much easier to use.Original review:I do not use this product because I am unwilling to sign the user agreement for the app needed to set it up and use it. User agreement has all kinds of crap about how they can sue me if I say something they don’t like about the Chinese government Among other unacceptable conditions of use. Can’t set it up without using the app.
